from the main structure to any auxiliary structures out there they don't do that and so if you guys are still digging you're still liable this might be a solution for you what is it called it's called the aml all material locator aml all materials and this is called the aml pro and we have a more basic model which is the aml plus uh the plus doesn't have all the gps and all the bells and whistles are just getting their dreams started they're just starting their business and they're trying to establish credit how do they go about doing it because you have something called the pathway to approval yes approval okay pathway to approval we previously discussed that hard works is that you need to be able to rent the equipment rent so if you can rent an excavator like you can't rent a truck right but you can rent an excavator so you come to us we put you on this program it's just a sign-off sheet that explains you what we expect of you for the next three months to make sure that he generates revenue now wait a minute now this is a guy that has never owned a business yes there's a guy who's working in this booth and he's decided today he's going to quit his job and he wants to start up a new business and so in three months you're gonna get that set up so that he's got credit basically he comes to us now he rents the equipment for three months and in the fourth month we will purchase the equipment it doesn't have to be from the same place because sometimes you can't you can rent equipment from one place but they don't have it available for sale so you can go rent it anywhere that you want and then we'll purchase it from anywhere that you want but it has to be the same type of equipment why do you have to rent it because it shows that you have the capability that you can afford it because how else if we have no banks it's not about credit for us so how do we know that you can afford that equipment and that you're gonna generate revenue and you're going to follow through so you use the rental company as the guinea pig at first to make sure that the new guy starting out will follow through on his game plan that he sets up with you and you watch him and this is his chance to make right exactly okay i love that now a lot of guys will say to us hey i don't care i'm just gonna go rent it and fix my credit in the next three months probably yeah that don't happen what if you don't so in three months then they come back to me and they say okay marianne i'm ready i want to i want you to fund me now i've rented it for three months i'm sorry because even though you've rented it for three months you need to be in the program with us prior to your rental year so that way you guys can watch monitor you guys can be a part of it you so these guys could say they rented it but if you're not verifying that it don't come exactly okay so they have to sign that sheet with us that guides them on what we expect and if they don't do that they come back after three months they're going to start all over again they're going to rent it again so they're going to lose all that money anyway because they never owned here okay next up guys we're going to the lease you buy it for a dollar which means everything i don't want to give this away but that means every single payment you make is a hundred percent tax deductible on that piece of equipment not like that okay it's they'll earn it so once they get into the equipment let's say that we have a client who's now come to us he's not qualified for traditional finance okay but he's qualified for the lease he is gonna have to put a down payment so but the down payment is obviously gonna depend on underwriting the strength of this file it could be ten percent it could be 20 percent in some cases we can make arrangements with a down payment but we need a little skin in the game right because it's high risk leases so that down payment that you make serves as a buyout at the end so you own the equipment free and here if you get to your 36 months right and you don't want the equipment anymore then we'll give you your money back and we'll give you that down payment back so you'll give the down payment yeah oh i get it yeah so that skin in the game protects you guys and if the guy flakes out well you get to keep that 10 but if the guy doesn't flake out and doesn't want it but he upheld his portion of the bargain here it's your money dude yeah if he doesn't want the equipment but that's never happened yeah i mean you're buying it out for next to nothing exactly that's literally never
