(20,001 characters)how do you want me to start how do you want to start Randy I don't know what do you what do you typically like to I just say what's new in your booth and I se I already seen this guys this is Randy and I've never seen anyone doing this before yeah this is the Clear View Arrow guard by Hillsboro Industries okay what it does it enables you to be able to see what you're calling yeah there nothing worse than having a beautiful vehicle behind you you got a tall rock guard protecting it but you don't know how it's going down the road you don't know if your straps are loose don't know anything here you can actually physically see what you're hauling behind you now what is this made out of it is a polycarbonate so similar to like um Motorcycle Windshields okay durable you can throw a rock at it won't break shatter or anything like that it'll last squeege it right up sque it right up yep yep okay um but nobody else is doing this why why are you other trailer people not doing this it's great I've ped trailers for probably millions of miles and uh I always want to see what's behind me this allows you to do that now do you actually manufacture the trailers and not just the yes we manufacture the trailers the whole our design Engineers came up with this concept and it's just amazing people love it okay and you do all aluminum trailers or aluminum trailers open and then uh a line of uh uh Aluminum stock trailers and then we make steel aluminum and our hybrid truck beds okay let's go check it out and then while we're walking over here where are you guys manufactured on uh Hillsboro Kansas been in business since 1966 American mate yes so this is your hybrid truck truck bed okay so truck bodies and you you have dealers uh Nationwide uh all North America nice okay and then how do you guys find out more information if they want that or they want a h our website www. Hillsboro industries.com awesome all right there you go thank you Randy appreciate it thank you all right let's keep going all right guys I'm at flow trailers and I'm with my friend Don how are you Don good good how you doing Stan good so I've gone out to flow trailers and we ran over one of these with a 22,000 lb lull but one of the things you guys may not be as familiar with is the three ways that you can load and unload this trailer can you show us that Don absolutely so the first way stand is like a lot of trailers at the back ramp you can just lower it down so if you have an ATV or something with plenty of clearance you just drive it up right it's that easy just drive it up the second way we have a tilt clamp mechanism here if I loosen that up and slide this forward and I leave that limiter now it's going to tilt halfway back okay okay halfway back means with the ramp down I have no high spot I can load super low clearance things golf carts maybe uh lawnmowers things that don't have much clearance no other trailer does that okay if you want to dump stuff oh let's see your hauling mulch or aggregate tilt it all the way back by sliding that forward when you do that the ramp can be in the way because you're trying to get your mulch out right so we made the ramp come right off tilt back bring your mulch out get your project done and is anybody else making a trailer bed like this the bed style the Caro Max as far as I know the thermal formed polyethylene bed is the only one in the industry it is virtually the most indestructible trailer bed I've ever seen ever anywhere a guy had a tree drop on it we drove over it it is and it's proprietary technology in fact that you have the largest thermop platforming machine in the world I believe yeah right in Minnesota yeah we can mold that bed in about 8 minutes on our machine and they last forever we've been doing them for 18 years now I know somebody that has one of the first ones that thing's perfect is there a website down yeah flow.com F ll.com you can just Google F and we come right up we come right up and they make really good docks too true all right thanks Don appreciate it thank you right Wade what's the deal with this so we are showing off our new dump trailer we are using a a different a new kind of Steel um showing off the uh strength capabilities of our flooring on our on our dump Trail trailer so we built this to show off that we can drop this 10 lb weight with a point on it onto our new material we have these ones that we tested before this is a standard 10 gauge plate got very deformed that's after 10 hits that's after 10 hits this is a Seng gauge plate after 10 hits okay and this is our hardox material 11 gauge thinner than the rest of them can't even pick it up can't pick it up not deformed at all that's 10 hits that is 10 hits I'll do another one okay slide it in here pull this trigger go for it no deformation all right and this is what you're putting into the beds of your trailers we are so we are using this material on the floor of this trailer that will help with all the impact resistance um we o have a different material called strengths for the side it's 150 KSI um single piece sheet metal side with a cap on top for strength so you got a cap uh the the top reel yeah built-in steak pockets okay now this has a is this got a curved engineered beam it does not it has it has a curved ibeam but it's not it is a standard ibeam curve here at the Okay so we've got a curved I beam but here on the equipment trailer you've got a curved engineered beam yes we have a curved I beam in the front that moves into an engineer come over top of our axles here in the rear giving us a lower deck height with a full width fil all right now is this a new innovation that's currently out is this something that people got to wait for what is the deal with that both of these trailers are currently the first prototype that were built for these um we are shooting for beginning of 2025 release for the full line of these trailers awesome all right thank you thank you Wade else did you want to show me Wade so we have a new design here on the back um on this dump trailer light Tower here a lot of extra lights you got your clearance lights for the front and the rear also the bumper down below extra lighting we have a combo gate here in the back this is a tailgate SL spread gate SL Barn Door gate maybe paint locked yeah all right I have to cut that it's all right it's just paint locked that's all it is it's not like it doesn't work it's just paint locked y guys got to understand the very first time something Red Gate yep Door huh standard Barn Door nice three-way gate that's the way you need it all right by Belmont by Belmont awesome thank you sir yeah thank you all right guys Belmont trailers we've seen a couple other Belmont trailers but now this one is unique to you guys tell me about this one gxd uh Belmont has two large goose neck trailers the GNX and the gxd both of those come equipped standard with the roll updo toolbox again utilizing full space here of the goose sck for storage batteries pumps hydraulic tanks all stored below the deck out of the way there really convenient spot here you see our engineered goose neck that goes back into the engineered frame we have this control panel you were just looking up up front here again runs your Hydraulics dovetail Jacks runs an 18,000lb winch that's a enclosed in the top box ground lighting again illuminates down the length of the trailer we also have two auxiliary lights one that does the deck and there's also a uh directional flood light up there that you can turn and lower as we go down the length here we have Oak decking little upgrade option for the show trailer here sliding winch track uh 38 rub rail yeah you got a question no I was just pointing out what you're talking about so guys no where you were what you met chain pipes uh steak pockets coming back we have Dexter 12K axles standard underneath this trailer hdss suspension we can do air ride as well the hydraulic dovetail what this trailer is known for 12T has a 12,000lb carrying capacity and a 12,000lb lift capacity on the back bumper It's a retractable underride guard so this guy here as it goes down to the ground will retract up into the tail really yep yep giving you the full knife edge oh wow so she's going to drop all the way down for you yep she's going to get low low low low low that it will all the way down to the ground I can run it here for the control panel there you can see the tail down to the ground so flip it up once I want to watch that and put it [Music] down nice now this trailer's out it's available yes yes uh we've been producing this for 3 years now been doing really well had a lot of success with them so if you guys want to find out more just check out Belmont trailers.com thank you sir yeah not a problem all right guys here's something you probably have not seen before Mike this is Anvil trailers right cor and so we've got and we it's this like a this is like a mullet it's a party up front and business in back right so this is like the ultimate cargo trailer so you've got an enclosed section here and then you've got an open section section in the back so that you can load up equipment that's now I have seen this only one other time and then the company dissolved disappeared and I thought it was a phenomenal idea I'm like I wish somebody would make that when I seen you I'm like oh crap you actually make them we make all right so tell me a little bit about this Mike uh this we actually call it a hybrid it's multi-purpose you can put your sideb sides in it go out in the out in the plade in the mud you can wash it in the back cuz you actually have poly board in the back that W rocks it has a uh bunk beds has a full bathroom yeah but what I like oh Sho shoot you've got a full bathroom holy crap all right how do we get out Mike okay what I like about this it is a it would also make a great equipment trailer it would a great L steer you know tractor yeah you can pull your equipment out and then you can lock up your tools up in the bunk exactly exactly what is this called we call it a hybrid trailer that's it that's it that's your fancy name for that's it like it um but what is this one right here then this is a tailgate Fe so the back is for a a grill smoker go tail games football games High School football game this what is for cooking do you build these we do from the ground up you build all your own own trailers from the ground up where are you located Douglas Georgia so the ones that I seen were going to were supposedly coming out of Australia and I did more research on them they were making them in China H now we actually make them in Doug Georg good to know so this is like your Ultimate Party trailer right here so you've got the TV integrated in a bath it awesome all right where where you guys find out more information Mike sir where do you where where would you guys find your website or uh the real Amil trailer.com is our website the real Anvil tr.com correct awesome all right thanks Mike appreciate it yes sir any time all right Les Y what are we looking at with this now this is an all steel cargo trailer okay not very many people in the industry still make cargo trailers we've been making them since 1971 14 gauge okay 14 gauge real heavy duty you're not going to be able to cut through this with a pair of tin snips and get the stuff inside all right real structurally sound hard harder to get into you know safer uh we've got most of our trade show gear loaded in it but it gives you an example of what it looks like inside you can do double doors in the back drop ramp spring loaded stabilizer jack custom colors custom colors are available this is not normal clearly usually they're white okay uh but you can do any custom color that's out there there yellows you know pretty bright for a trade choke what is a what is a trailer like this way that cuz we're talking about all seal this going to be in a you know 3500 3600 lb estimate and who is this designed for who who are you aiming this trailer at yeah this one would be designed for you know contractors welders plumbers anybody that keeps their tools and stuff inside the trailer don't want to have take them out every time you can lock it up like I said earlier hard to get inside you know with a pair of 10 stems on this one where are you guys located Newport Arkansas okay and you make more than just cargo trailers fortune or for years and years 1971 since my dad started it we've been making caros horse trailers livestock trailers heavy duty livestock trailers and then we also make goose neck flat beds tilts dumps hydraulic duve tails what are you best known for probably horse and livestock okay yeah that's kind of been our Forte for a long time all right where would guys find out more information if they want to know more yeah go to www.d delat tr.com www.d deltat trilers delt trailers.com all right thanks Le you been nice see you appreciate it thank you have a good show all right guys for you guys that are into specialty trailers it can't get more specialized than this cuz this is the only one like it in the world that's right okay so this is a drop deck refrigerated trailer built to commercial level standard correct correct yes walk me through it all right so what you're looking at is a Polar King mobile refrigerated trailer 16 ft in length 0° fah capable this is an NSF listed box what that means is that you are getting a National Sanitation Foundation credential this trailer is suitable for a myriad of different applications food consumables beverages look at look at the handles and latches look at the thickness of the door this isn't like standard cargo trailer except for the shape of it at that point this is a 54 in wide pallet size door and you can see that immediately this is not a trailer door this is an outdoor walk-in cooler freezer on Wheels now when we walk in you've also got the racking system so that you can set this up the way a company wants it to right correct and you can hang from the ceiling meat animals um this is an antimicrobial gel coating on the walls 4 in of insulation on the floor the ceiling and both walls 0 to 50° the side door entrance as well so we can exit this way and you have this is your largest unit but you've also got a smaller unit right here that's right so this is 16 ft this is eight and we are powered by a generator on this correct okay so both of these units are GOI Arctic 2000 us they are 110 volts 15 amps we've brought a generator simply to illustrate that if you don't have access to a source of electricity an outlet you can use a generator because this trailer is small that is 8 ft versus 16 you can reach an operating temp temperature consistently of -10° f that's approximately -22° C where do guys find out more information on these Polar King mobile.com and the dirt monkeys bringing you the most specialized trailers that I can possibly find thank you very much thank you sir all right we appreciate it this trailer right here come in here Andress come on this is your invention is this your baby your brainchild one off yes so it assists with the driving and once you get it into location it will completely do the rest of the driving so as you're going down the road this will assist to improve your fuel economy is that correct is that the reason why you do it tell me a little bit about it so we have our own developed IMU and autopilot system inside and we are sensing all the Motions by the car so we feel when the driver want acceleration and then we are supporting with extra power the the car if you want decelerating we are recharging the battery by the motor so the brake are still cool that means if you have a petrol engine car your fuel consumption will be rising like 5 to 10% not more if you have electric car your endurance will keep almost the same as without uh the car the trail so you're telling me that an electric car then can tow your trailer and not have a significant decrease in range because of the technology that you put into this trailer as you're driving forward the trailer will sense it when you're stopping the trailer will sense that and recharge as well and this is absolutely a big benefit in the city operation because in the city when you want uh driving you are not losing the the driving Dynamics on the car you are almost not feeling you have a heavy trailer behind you and also in the city operation you have a lot of uh stops and that time we are taking back the energy from the vehicle to the battery and when you get to your destination you can unplug this and then the trailer itself will move all on its own yeah at that point so it's not really driving itself but when you get there it will do the final maneuvering if you just can't squeeze your vehicle we we have an application for the trailer so when you're disconnecting from the uh from your car then the system is allowed and we have a robotic gearbox it's a two-speed gearbox and the system electrically switching the different gear so that then your trailer each wheel you have 1,300 newm torque so you can climbing in a really high ramp up or down we have our own electric brake in the system so we are fully autonomous and independent from so look up the autoflex group Y and you can find out more information on this all right guys one last one I'm with Benny from Horizon trailers how are you B got byself Stan good all right so you've got a couple new things yes um the other one is over there but tell me about this real quick okay so this one as you see it has the manufactured ibeam now like the front tongue the part of it with highgrade steel so you're saving on on weight and with this slant in here if you're going to be on the road it's going to be somewhat bumpy you will still get some kind of some kind of a flex and and it's going to be a little bit lighter and not as hard as you on your truck on the tongue we of your truck and you have a triaxle on this 37k 3 7ks Side open door that is stock on everything you've got rolled into interior this these are all stock the recessed LEDs all stock this is not an upgrade by Horizon in any way shape or form they make their trailers one way one way only and that's the best way I've own a horizon trailer it is a phenomenal piece of equipment in my book except yours does not have the bolt on fenders and now we got the bolt on fenders you hear a lot of guys wrecking their fenders well they can just exchange it yourself makes it easier okay all right now you have the lightest flat deck in the industry you say to so this flat deck here it's the uh the newest uh well it's it's just a regular flat deck but you know we have the uh the engineered ibeam with highr steel so this flat deck is a 32 footer it's somewhere about th000 lb L than an ibeam Trail are you saying this is the lightest trailer in the industry or no cuz I maybe I got that wrong I want to make sure I'm not misrepresenting you I cannot tell you who the if if we're the lightest or if uh since this is a prototype but I know that it's going to be one of the lightest FL day okay and up front you don't even mention he doesn't even mention some of the cool stuff that they just put into their technology let's take a look at what we've got for our toolbox right here so Locker style toolbox obviously this one has a pump underneath it but over here you can storage all of your your stuff and chains and stuff like that so it's some extra storage out there yep what else are we looking at with this trailer Benny the neck hydrate steel as well this is a complete one piece from bottom all the way to top and when is this one coming out so this one we will be releasing at beginning of 2025 okay that's some people can start ordering the with the one piece I beam engineered frame and neck okay and this is by Horizon trailers horizont trailers.com Horizon trailers.com that's where you can check us out all right there we go thank you Benny likewise absolutely all right guys well I…
