Apply Tile Gasket for Enhanced Clamping

What happens here

To address the issue of small parts not holding securely, place the specialized 'tile gasket' directly on top of the 1/4 inch MDF spoil board. This tile gasket is designed with small individual cells or 'vacuum ports' and significantly restricts the airflow, often by as much as 95%, through each 1/4 inch port. When a small part, such as the clear acrylic disc, is placed on this gasket, it seals off the area directly beneath it. This creates independent vacuum pockets under the part, concentrating the negative pressure and providing a strong, secure hold. Each restricted 1/4 inch hole under the part acts as a negative pressure differential, effectively clamping the part in place.
