What happens here
Begin by preparing the composite board for joining. Place one piece of the pre-cut mitered composite board into a Kreg pocket hole jig. Ensure the jig is clamped securely to the board and set to the correct thickness of your composite material. Using a cordless drill equipped with a specialized pocket hole drill bit, drill two angled holes into the edge of the composite board. Repeat this process for each section of the composite board that will be joined, typically drilling two to three pocket holes per joint for optimal strength.
Goal: Create angled holes for hidden screw joints in the composite material.
