Burr King Vibratory Tumbler for Parts Cleaning

What happens here

This segment features a Burr King vibratory tumbler, a machine designed for cleaning and polishing small metal parts. Two models are shown: one using a dark brown, sand-like medium for cleaning off dirt and grease, and another using green, abrasive media for deburring and polishing. The presenter demonstrates putting a dirty bolt into the sand-like medium, and after a short time, it comes out visibly cleaner. Another demonstration shows a dull coin being placed into the green media, and when removed, it is significantly shiner and smoother. The process effectively removes impurities and sharp edges, improving the finish of metal components.
