good morning one and all we are at shanger lodge and we are wrapping up the details but there's something that I've been meaning to talk to you about and I just haven't gotten around to it here and it's the spark it's the spark that I have seen I've been have had the blessing to be able to interview a lot of really super highly successful people and to talk to a lot of multi-millionaires and one of the things that these really over cheing kind of guys have consistently is they all know how to build an amazing team they're all highly driven and highly ambitious but they all have multiple sources of income they don't rely on just any one source of income to generate their wealth and their revenue here's a fact the average multi-millionaire gets their revenue from seven different sources so long story short all of their eggs are not in one basket now back to the video guy and these aren't guys that uh sit up at the top of towers and offices and wearing suits and ties and making decisions and you never get to see them these are guys that get up put their pants on every single day and go to work but the difference is they love what they do and you can tell it's the passion that drives them it's the passion that wakes them up early in the morning that gets them going so ingrained into who they are it's difficult to go to sleep at night I've learned long ago that if I am not completely utterly passionate about what I'm doing don't do it just don't do it now I'm saying this to anybody out there you can feel when you're on the right path you get so excited about the idea that you have that you don't want to go to bed at night and you wake up long before your alarm clock goes off because you are ready to go and you may have people that come against you and they don't support you and oh it's not a good idea but you are so tunnel visioned at this point that you don't care what people say it's almost like there's nothing else happening in the world but you know where you got to go the fire burns inside of you when you have that idea and you know that it's going to come to life but if you don't feel that don't do it that's a huge indicator I don't do anything if it doesn't absolutely Ely wake me up and make me excited I don't trust social media I don't trust the government I need to be able to generate my wealth independently anything of social media or outside of government I cannot afford to have social media or government influencing impacting or changing the way that I make my living and that is two very likely things that can happen what I'm saying is your future is in your hands you don't necessarily have to go out and get a great pain job to make a living but maybe you are one of those guys where fitting being that Cog that fits into the wheel is the best possible thing for you and if that's you perfect absolutely go for it but here's the difference what I'm telling you to do is to put your future in your hands and there is a very consistent thing that I see all of these Highly Successful People these multi-millionaires people that own companies that are 50 plus million dollars they all do one thing consistently I've had the blessing to go behind the scenes and spend days on end like living inside of the businesses like legitimately I've stayed inside of the businesses and I've got to see how they entirely operate and they all have one thing in in common all of these companies have one thing in common they put people first then they put processes second and products last people processes products they all build a amazing teams some of the absolute best teams that you could ever see and how they do this is they create an environment that Fosters the absolute best in their people that allows their people to grow that allows their people to come in maybe without all of the skills they need to absolutely dominate that role but to grow into those positions and they look for ways to optimize and create the best environment to create the best for their people and their team people's processes then products but the spark we got off trk we got to talk about the spark all of these guys had that spark and if you don't have the spark don't pursue it because it'll never come to fruition when you actually can feel it inside of your gut and you know what you're doing may not be what everybody else is telling you oh that's a smart move you probably aren't going to get that you're probably not going to get people telling you a smart move they May encourage you they may believe in you or tell you hey you know what pursue your dreams but it doesn't mean that they're going to actually help you in any way shape or form don't confuse encouragement for assistance but also be grateful if you if you can get encouragement because that's a huge First Step but also don't be shocked and surprised if when you succeed because if you feel it if you feel it right here I guarantee you you will succeed I can guarantee you you may fail you may fail a few four or five that's perfectly fine but eventually when you feel it in your gut you will succeed here's where it gets weird at first you may notice that people are supporting you and that's great because you are on the same plane as them and you're trying something and it's no risk to them no risk no reward and that's the way life is the greater the risk the greater the potential reward and at first you're even with them but once you start to succeed you're going to start climbing that mountain and they have taken no risk they have gained no reward and what happens is as you're going up they're staying flatlined and that little greeneyed monster kicks in and starts to do their thing and at first it's going to be like oh maybe you shouldn't do it and all that's dumb and then pretty soon you may notice that your greatest fans become your greatest detractors but don't let that stop you make that fuel for your fire because the best revenge you can have in life is Success just become the most successful you possibly can but do not become bitter to those people that turned on you as you grew because that will eat away at you anytime that you Harbor hatred or you Harbor ill will or anything all you're doing is eating away at yourself and you're R tracting from your greatest asset that's your mind remember this your mind will make you more money than your hands ever will your mouth will make you more money than your back ever will the decisions you make here and the words you say here will make you more money than your physical hands can do in labor and your back can support you long term so the most important things that you guys can do when you're out there and you're going to go get your own dream is to think think study learn grow become obsessed take it to the next level polish the skills polish how you speak Polish how you speak at Subway when you go up to Subway and you see that grouchy Subway artist making your sandwich make it a point to make that person smile before you walk out why because there's no money on the table there what you say doesn't matter and you're practicing your own skills when you can walk out of that subway line and turn a fr upside down you can understand how you can take that skill to the next level when a customer has money on the table and maybe something isn't going quite right you've already learned and Polished how to deal with people whether they're in a good mood or whether they're in a bad mood and to be able to especially be able to handle people that are in a bad mood is a real good skill and one of the things I'm going to caution you to do is not always talk so much and listen a lot more shut this down and open these up and let the people communicate their thoughts and finish their thoughts and you don't have to jump right in you don't always have to have the answer it's okay to not know because if you seem too perfect and too polished well then there's some red alarms that can go off on there but let's just get right back into this video Frankie and Zach are bu finishing up the the wrap up on shanger Lage this is one of my feel in my gut situations I started doing real estate so at the same time that I started my construction company I started to do real estate simultaneously so I would work all day long learning the craft of building retaining walls running equipment and Machinery hiring employees uh bidding and estimating and then in the evenings at night time I would do what you see Zach up there doing till 4:00 in the morning every morning I would buy I would buy a house I would come into the house and I would remodel it till 4:00 a.m. and then I would watch The A Team cuz that was what my ritual was I would watch the a team and then at the end of that that night I would go to bed go for it Frankie don't let me stop you I would go to bed for an hour and a half I would get up I would hop in my dump truck and I would go back to work all day long and I did that for years so I have two passions real estate flipping houses and running construction Crews this is why we've not done anything but do this and across the way we started to talk about that spark of success so across the way right here I bought the second worst property on the lake do you need this no that's too short okay I bought the second worst property on the lake that's over there that's called Shang Gad douche this was the worst this was the worst property on the lake right behind Shang douche shangra La douche was so bad that it took a forestry head and I ended up grinding it up the spark the reason that I'm doing all of these houses is because it's in my heart it's in my it's what I love to do I love houses I love construction except I don't love renters I hate renters I freaking hate renters long-term renters I've had so many bad issues with them but I'm thinking that if somebody comes in and rents a house out like this this is this is new to me I've never done an Airbnb I've never even thought of doing anything like this but I've watched carefully for years now my wife and I and my family will rent airbnbs and I sit back when it's time to leave and I watch what they do and they don't leave it a mess my wife is scrubbing I wish she would scrub my own house that well she's in there scrubbing and she's putting everything away and my daughters are putting everything away and they're picking everything up and I'm thinking how the hell do I get you to do this at home but they do it there and I've seen other people that do airbnbs do the same thing now there may there's horror stories I know there's got to be I mean the People Are People there's going to there's good ones and there's bad ones but I figure if I can build something like this rent it out it could be another source of income that is not tied to what I'm currently doing on YouTube it's not tied to my current construction and hardscaping companies it's a complete separate entity and it doesn't require a lot of time management on my part once it's built and establish I can put systems in place which allow the property to continue to generate income this is the big thing when you have if you're trying to run multiple businesses or have multiple sources of revenue you've got to be very conscious about how much time it's going to take you to run each one of those sources of income because they take time is the most valuable asset we have in life doesn't make a difference who you are we all got the same amount of it it's what we do with it and if you have a resource that's taking a lot of your time away it's taking the most important thing you have in your world and that's your mind that's your time that's your ability to solve problems to come up with solutions to innovate to create to expand and to improve oh and here we go we got my uncle coming in and so we're going to head over to the property but first before we do the the Border dispute we're going to go help my Uncle Tom with some wood so let's get too huh still too short so let's get loaded up let's go help him we're going to do that in another
