We've got our treadmill. We've got one of my favorite machines over here. I don't know what the hell you call it, but it does just about everything you can possibly imagine. Up, down, side to side. We've got more racks of dumbbells on the wall. Check this out. One of my favorite things. I love this. This poster is so cool. I bought this at the Comic Con. It's Wolie versus Deadpool. That is phenomenal. Look at that. The detail in this thing is mindblowing. I just come down here, Hulk out, and enjoy myself. Check these out. Check out my weights. Yeah, they go all the way up to 125 lbs. Do I use them? Oh, on some days I do. Yeah, I can't do much with them, but I still use them. Of everything that I have in this gym, the the medicine balls. I got my I don't know what the hell you call this upside down weight rack thing. I stretches my back out. It works. It's cool. Got a TV. I can put my P90X workout videos on. Pump out. Industrial strength band. Yes, I need that. Yes, I do. I put that sucker on when I'm running on the treadmill. keeps me going and going extra mile. Got an extra mile on me. My personal inspiration right there, hanging with Jesus. He's looking up. He's happy. It rocks. I love it. Of everything that I have down here, I want to show you what my favorite thing is. And you're never going to guess. You're going to think it's, oh, it's probably the dumbbells. No, I can't. No, those those are okay. You're never going to guess. It's right here. Right here. Check this out. One, two, three, four. Four balls. One move. Favorite move. Learn to master it. I'm going to show it to you. Why? I don't know. Just my favorite thing to do. So, I'm going to share it with you. All right. We're rolling four balls. My favorite move all times. I don't care what I'm doing. This is what I love to go to. This is my go-to move. Takes a little while. I learned it from my buddy Tony Martin. He's not really my buddy. Never met him, but you know, you get the idea. You set up And [Music] boom. Yes. Easy cheesy lemon squeezy. Takes away all my frustration. Takes away all my anger, hatred, stress. When I'm done, instead of taking it out on people around me, I take it out on myself. I'm healthier for it. I absolutely love it. Hope you find something that works for you, too. The reason I like to do the four ball push-up is because moving your body through space takes up more kinetic energy and it's less muscle isolation and it's more whole body control. And I know these aren't workout videos we're getting into, but it's something that I learned. Um, one of the other moves that I love to do is shoulder shrugs. It's just a natural way to to move a lot of muscle, to pack a lot of power into a workout very quickly and to um just release a lot of builtup stress and energy. It isn't so much about being the biggest, being the baddest. It's really just about relaxing. And believe it or not, when you grab something like this and you're having one hell of a day and you feel like putting your fist through a wall, you grab a couple giant weights and you do this for a little while, you don't feel like putting your fist through a wall anymore. Cuz if you can still lift your fist when you're done, you didn't work out hard enough. So, what you've seen is my secrets to running a business, to keeping a healthy mind, which helps you have a healthy body, which keeps you from taking the stress out and the people you love around you. So, find your outlet. Find whatever it is that is your release. I don't care if you're an artist and you're painting on a canvas.
