Initial Farm and Livestock Observation

>> All right, guys. We're going to take off from the house here, mobile home, whatever you want to call it. My trailer. We're going to fly over here and we're going to check on the cows and make sure they're doing all right. It's fairly early in the morning here. And uh we just want to make sure the cows have plenty of hay. We got a little bit of a dusting of snow last night and you can see there's been some calves out on the frozen pond. It's super important for me to make sure that the cows are able to break through that ice. And it looks like they've got good access to water. So that's good to go. It's fun to just kind of fly around. See this cow right here? They busted through the water. Probably this has just always been busted through ever since this whole storm. We had the coldest night of the year. It was one degree the other morning when I woke up. Man, it was chilly. Super chilly out. Donnie the bull standing right there. Looking good. So, let's fly on up. I put a hay bail out in the middle of this field and instead of unrolling hay, I've been getting stuck on the four-wheeler. So, I've been taking the tractor out and just setting hay out. And as I'm flying here, I'm doing a little inventory of how many calves I see and checking on the hay right here, which is pretty cool. The cows are just chowing down on the hay. Some of them are lounging. When they're laying down, that means they're ruminating. They're digesting, and that's a good thing. So, they all look pretty good over there. What you can't
