Addressing Excavator Swing Motor Breakdown with Manual Effort

What happens here

While working on the project, the swing motor on the Kobelco excavator broke, rendering its main rotational function inoperable. This forced the crew to improvise. The video shows two workers physically pushing and pulling the excavator's bucket and arm to manually maneuver it and continue the demolition. This creative, albeit physically demanding, solution allowed work to progress until the excavator could be professionally repaired, showcasing extreme resourcefulness when critical equipment fails.

Goal: Improvise to continue excavation despite a critical equipment failure.
