What happens here
The area designated for the circular patio is excavated and graded to the correct depth and slope. After rough grading, a layer of geotextile fabric (landscape fabric) is laid down to separate the native soil from the base material and prevent weed growth. Then, a significant layer of gravel is spread over the fabric, creating a stable and well-draining sub-base. A plate compactor is used to thoroughly compact the gravel, ensuring a firm and level foundation for the patio pavers.
Goal: Establish a stable, level, and well-drained sub-base for the circular paver patio.
