The Customer Wanted a RESORT at Home - HOW DID WE DO?! - FULL TIMELAPSE BUILD!

What happens here

After initial site clearing, helical piles (screw piles) are installed into the ground to provide a stable foundation for the new deck and covered patio. Once the piles are in place, large wooden beams, specifically ProWood brand, are laid out and secured to the tops of these piles. These beams form the primary support structure and perimeter of the ground-level section of the deck, establishing the basic footprint and elevation.

Goal: Create a stable and level foundation for the deck structure.

Tools and materials

  • Drill/Driver DeWalt — Fastening beams to the pile caps
  • Helical Piles — Providing a deep, stable foundation for the deck
  • Level — Ensuring beams are perfectly horizontal
  • Measuring Tape — Accurate measurement of beam lengths and spacing
  • Wooden Beams ProWood — Creating the main support structure of the deck
  • Construction Screws/Bolts — Securing beams to helical pile caps
