agitating the surface and cleaning the surface but not damaging it there's only been a few times ever in my career in 28 years where I've had employees ever damage anything on a house and it was really minor typically like screens so the screens on this house are really oxidized so we like to clean the windows we like to clean the strains but we stay you know pretty far away until we can get close to them
