a simple hack for you I'm outside painting today and I'm brushing some door jams right here and it's really hot outside and the air is really dry so my paint even though I'm not in the sun it's drying really fast and coagulating really quick adding a latex extender is going to um and slow down the dry time of the paint and it's actually going to help the paint level out and not show brush Strokes as much so I typically take on a day like this I'm going to take a couple capfuls I've got maybe a quart of paint in here I'll just add in you know maybe one and a half cap fulls I'm going to stir that in and this is going to make the paint level out way better and it's going to dry a lot slower I'm not going to coagulate on my brush or um cause brush Strokes or coagulate on the trim nearly as fast and some of it's just a little bit of just playing around how much you know to put in there you know you don't want to thin out the paint too much and make it watery but I'm sorry enough this is really thick paint and I didn't
