Good morning one and all. We're heading to CES in Las Vegas, the Consumer Electronic Show. And this is one of the biggest shows where they feature the latest in technology coming down the pipeline. And some of this technology affects us as contractors. I don't normally go to this show, but I did this year. And I'm glad I did because I seen some things that are going to change the way guys like you and I operate and I'm going to show you those in today's video. We're going to bring you the best and worst stuff that I found. Some of it I personally think is creepy. Like legitimately skin crawling creepy, but I'll leave that up to you to decide. And some of it is absolutely groundbreaking and amazing. I'm not going to give it away because I'm just going to start showing you what it is right now. Let's dive into it. I am going to be the first person to admit that I've come to CES. I've seen the technology that Bobcat has brought to CES and have not embraced it until today. This is the kind of technology that I would actually pay extra for. Where's Phillip? Phillip. >> Yes, sir. >> Come on. Let's check this out. Uh guys, Nothing on the outside of the machine has really changed from what us tried and true operators are familiar with. Is that correct, Philip? >> Correct. >> Everything's on the inside. Let's go inside and check this out. And it's a big thing, but it's not a big thing at the same time. So, tell me about this, will you, Philillip? >> Absolutely. So, we've taken AI and integrated into the machine to help auto operators be more efficient, help them understand what the machine is doing and command the machine to do things for them so they can keep their hands on the joysticks at all times. So, we've got a walkie-talkie button right here. And we've got AI right here. Turn on the lights. Okay. Turning on the lights. Turn off the lights. Okay. Turning off the lights now. >> Tell me about my oil maintenance. >> The engine oil hours remaining are 542. You're due for an oil change after one. >> That's enough. So, you can have this set. What else can you have this set? You tell me, Philip. >> Is there anything else I can assist you with? >> Shut up. Okay. So, tell me about this. Absolutely. As you know, Bobcat has hundreds of attachments. You can connect up any attachment and the machine will automatically set your recommended settings from the machine to optimize your attachment. If you've never used one before, >> so if I tell this machine, hey, I'm going to put up a hook a sweeper up to this. Optimize the hydraulics for the sweeper attachment. It will do it. If I have a forestry head, optimize the flow rate and the pressure for the forestry head. will be able to optimize those types of things without making me try to figure out how to do that for me. >> Absolutely. As long as it's a Bobcat branded attachment. >> Right. Right. Right. Right. Okay. Bobcat that is worth it to me right there because just dialing all this in, making sure your maintenance is right. All of these little things are the things that I feel gets overlooked >> in the field. We find that people don't customize and use the settings we provide them because they're buried in the display. They don't know how to find them. Now you just tell it, I want this. It's done. >> 100 100%. Big question. >> Absolutely. >> How much extra is this going to cost me? >> We're looking in the range of 3 to 5,000. >> Oh my god, Philip left out one of the most important things for owner operators to be able to expense their jobs. What? Tell me about this. So, we built in a job clock costing screen so you can enter in your labor rate, your estimated time it's going to take to do your job and material. And then we'll track you as you progress so you know if you're on track or not, if you need more material, if your fuel consumption is correct, so you can be better at um doing your QuickBooks, doing your accounting sheets as an individual person. >> This is what I think is absolutely fundamentally needed. You know, I've I've seen these op these uh equipment companies, they brag about, oh, you can sit in this unit and operate it in Utah or Colorado. And I'm like, why the hell would I want to do that? That makes no sense to me. That's technology that I'm it's not practical. I'm not going to use. But this is something that I would use every single job, every single day on every single application to dial my numbers in to increase my profit, to make me a not just a better operator, but a better business owner. >> Correct. Best of show. That's it. Bobcat just got best of show. I've been here for day number three and that's the best technology I've seen. >> So, if you guys are watching this video, everything after this is not going to be nearly as good as this. I'm sorry, but keep watching anyway. And look at this. It's Homestead Builders. What's up, brother? >> What's going on, >> guys? This is Mark. He's a buddy of mine. What's the name of your channel? >> Homestead Garage. So, go ahead and check us out on YouTube. >> Yeah. Yeah. He's and he's a good dude. He's a hustler. He's a grinder. He's the real deal. I've met a lot of content creators. And this is one of the guys that I will tell you to go check out. >> Thank you so much, man. Big question. Would you pay an extra 3 to 5,000 to have all of that right at your fingertips? And will this Bluetooth up to your phone, your computer so that you can remotely have access to these diagnostics or talk to your machine to know what's going on with it out in the field? So, if I have a crew out, one here, and a crew out over there, I can know as a owner operator back where I'm at, what's going on with the piece of equipment that's coming. >> All right. I need your two cents on this. And I have a feeling some of you old schoolers are not going to embrace this technology, but I also know some of these newer companies are going to absolutely endorse this and they're going to dial their numbers in, making them a profitable, better business owner. It's going to allow them to know in real time where they're at on their job and what they're doing right and what they're doing wrong to increase their bottom line. And in my opinion, some of this technology is what we as contractors need to help us become better business owners. That's just my two cents and I'm even sorry I told you about it because I do want to hear yours. But we got something coming up right now that I've never seen before in my life. Nothing like this. >> You show me what this does though. >> Sure. This is our unique waterproof technology which allow the power strip or any uh kind of products to be used in the water with power. You can see that. Let me demo. You can turn it on, off, on, off. Is totally within the water. Amazing, huh? That is amazing. >> Yeah. >> Nobody else can do that. >> Can I pull it out of the water? >> Yeah. >> See, there's water inside. So, it's not it's it's not >> And this isn't a battery powered light bulb. >> No, it's just a real just regular regular light bulb. >> How? >> Yeah. >> How do you do that? >> Basically, there's a very smart design, mechanical, mainly mechanical design within this. >> Okay. There's a small module underneath of this outlet. One thing module can do is that it can tell which kind of plug was in, right? Regular plug will turn on the power. If there's something else, then it won't turn on the power. So, it's totally safe. >> You have Oh, you shoved a freaking toenail picker in there. >> Yeah, it's totally safe because it won't turn on the power. >> That's one thing. >> You are an insane man, my friend. And that's where the coolest technology comes from. >> Yeah, it is. >> Wow. Is this actually out? People can buy this. >> Uh, currently we are not selling US yet. We're going through the certification process. Once it's done, we can start doing that. >> Are you selling it in other parts of the world? >> Uh, we are selling that in China right now. >> Okay. So, the Chinese are using this ahead of us, of course, because we've got all the red tape and you guys got all the best stuff. >> Yeah. >> And this is what is this called? So when it comes to America, >> well, it's just a well, this is one of the products, right? We can provide others like >> there it is. There's there's your email atomsafe.com. >> That's a long name. >> Thank you. Sorry about that. >> Now, this next one, I got to say thank you because this is the company that brought me out to CES that made this video possible, and it's right here. If you happen to see me at a trade show, this will probably be in my pocket. So, yes, I am happy to see you, but it's this that's in my pocket. And let me show you what this is. >> All right, guys. For you outdoorsmen, this is the ultimate portable power solution. And we're going to go down the line and show you big, better, and best. And we're going to start with this one. This is one of the most advanced portable charging solutions on the market today if I understand this correctly. Is that right Sean? >> Yes, exactly. So what distinguish it is it can not only charge up to 250 watts in total and also it has a wireless charger that is perfect for people to charge simultaneously laptop and iPhone you know and also uh it has a AI temperature control system so it would not easily go overheat because it can intelligently adjust the output and temperature. Okay, so you can charge two devices simultaneously or you can charge magnetically right here on the surface, but as we look at these, they go up the scale. And what these things can do, this one, for example, can jump start a car. How many cars will this jump start, Sean? >> It can jump start up to 30 cars. >> 30 cars. >> 30 cars >> with this little unit that >> fits right here. Plus, it'll charge phones and computers and everything that the other one will do. It's the same. just as well, right? >> Yeah. >> And it has an emergency light on the back. >> Yes. And it used the newest battery technologies we call the full tab cell battery. It is the safest battery and it's safest jump starter ever in this world. >> So now this is a great solution to just toss in a backpack or bring with you especially if you're going on a longer adventure. But some guys want even more capabilities. And what does this one do that the others don't so far? Yeah, it can do the tire inflator. It can inflate the tire even faster than the larger tire inflator, that big one. And we can finish inflate the tire in 4 minutes. >> Yeah. >> So, this will inflate a full size tire in 4 minutes, but not just one. It'll do up to seven to eight tires before the battery runs down. >> Has the still has the light on the back, >> and it still has all of the charging docks to allow a guy to bring this out and charge his phone and his gear and his equipment. Is that right? >> Yeah. Exactly. >> Okay. But now as we come up to here, this is almost the ultimate solution. And look, this thing is light. >> Yeah. >> But what is this capable of doing, Sean? >> It has all the marriage that these products have. It can inflate, it can jump start, and it can also charge as a power bank and auto generator. >> So, this will inflate a tire even faster than a full size air compressor. >> Yeah. It's a twice as fast as this one. And also it can uh jump start 60 times car and also it can it can charge multiple devices with 72,000 mAh hours and up to 570 uh 72 watts. >> And if you're really out in the boondocks, you can hook a solar panel up to this. >> Yes. >> And recharge this. And look at the outputs you have right here. I mean, they've thought of everything. They've even got a cigarette lighter output. This is the air compressor right there. And then the light it has on the back right there. Here's your air inflation tool right here. And how many cars will this one charge up? Jump start. Is this a 60 car one? >> 60 times. And 30 times for trucks. >> 30 times for trucks. >> And what's the name of your company, Sean? >> Dennings. Denix. >> Yeah. What's Damic? >> What's the website, guys? Could look in >> denix.com. >> denix.com. All right. Thank you, Sean. >> Thank you very much, >> guys. Don't be afraid to help support the channels that make this content possible. And if it wasn't for these guys bringing me out to CES, this video would not have happened. So, I'm going to say thank you to these guys for bringing me out. Check them out for your portable power solutions. But next, we have one of the creepiest things I have seen at any trade show anywhere. Just going to zip my lip and let you guys see it for yourself. >> Look at the details in the skin. This one not moving. You can get it better. And you can bend it. You can bend this. You can bend the finger. >> Yes. >> pretty wild. >> You sell these? >> Yes. >> Like at the show, too, >> huh? >> Do you sell them like distributor or do you sell them at the show? >> Yes. >> Well, how much does a robot like that go for? >> This one like 10,000 >> for that robot right there? >> This one is 4,000 >> cuz it doesn't move. >> It doesn't move. Yes. >> Okay. >> They can talk. Most can talk. >> Oh, they talk. >> Mhm. >> Yes. It just like I say because the network kind of slow that's why it couldn't respond otherwise they can talk and the make the face has like 12 different kind of facial expression. >> Yeah it's blinking. >> Yes. And it was she will smile too. >> Should have it for security. Just a big buff dude by your front door. Get out. >> I need it in Minneapolis. >> But wait there's more. I learned that you can put whatever face you want on these things. You could have this look like anybody you want in the world. And I don't know if it was very clear in this video when he said it'll talk to you, they have AI into these things so that you can carry on a conversation with this thing. Yeah, that's all I got to say about that one. But what do you guys think of it? Let me know in the comments down below. I can't wait to hear your thoughts. But we're not done with this video yet. Let's keep going. >> I don't get it, but I'm going to film it for you. >> It's a robot dog walking down steps. Why are there so many people fascinated by a robot dog walking down steps? calling to see if there's anything to do. >> You don't know, bro. >> There's robot dogs everywhere here. >> Everywhere. >> Every freaking corner you go around, there's like some kind of a robot dog. Like, we've never seen a robot dog. And what's the point of a robot dog? >> I Yeah, >> I don't get it. Just to let us know that they're coming for us. I I I needed to show you this video of there was a there was a robot. It was out boxing like out in front of the CES sign out there and it goes and it does this side kick and then it crumbles dude like back folds and >> was it made in Russia? >> Dude, it just got knocked out towards the the line. >> Oh, sorry. >> What line? >> Oh, that line. Okay. >> The imaginary line you just made right there. >> Yeah. Okay. >> We'll just keep going. Guys, this is Brian, the fix it guy. >> He's one of my favorite guys to hang out with. Holy crap, there's a freaking army of robot dogs coming, >> dude. Okay. >> Oh, we're getting front row seat robot dog wars. >> Think you're going to battle? >> I hope they do. That would make this better. >> Or watch him take a big dooker in a freaking robot dooker. lift its leg, squirt some hydraulic juice down oil. >> All right, guys. They played copyrighted music and made these dogs dance to that. So, I'm going to have to remove that music and put a different tune in that isn't copyrighted. But this was choreographed to go to the music, but not the music you get to hear right now. That guy earlier in the video, that's Brian, that fix it guy. and him and Josh the Stony Ridge farmer. They're two of my favorite people to go hang out with at shows. They are just awesome people and a blast. So, if you're ever on social media, check out Brian that fix it guy or Josh the Stony Ridge Farmer. But next up is K Cabota and let's see what they got cooking. All right, Brett. Is this a prototype that's never going to happen that just looks like a great model or is this something that may actually come to fruition and does this operate? >> Yeah, with our other concepts, what we're doing here is pushing the boundaries of our technology. As it stands, this is a concept vehicle that's not intended to come to market. But as we've done in the last 2 years with our concept vehicles, we've taken elements of that and at the show here, we actually do have a commercial vehicle that's a autonomy that's based on some of the technology of the past. So the technology in here will will be uh brought to commercial uh use in different forms. >> What are they thinking going to power this? Is this going to have an actual diesel engine or is this going to be all electric? This version's all electric. And so the the technology here is about a transforming robot. So we're reimagining what a tractor is. This vehicle can change its shape by changing its width. It can change its length and it can change its height. >> Really the changing the uh width allows it to also change its center of gravity. So if you're putting on an attachment, it can automatically center that change the center of gravity. Oh, I So, what I love is the fact that you're experimenting on something like this and taking elements that we may see into a practical application for construction equipment and agricultural equipment down the road. >> And that's what we're doing. We're really looking at feedback from the customers. It's part of what we call our innovation cycle where we take technology out to the customer, get their feedback, iterate and uh iterate on that and then bring the right solution to our customers. >> Okay, last question. Kabota is famous for its engines. >> Famous for its engines, diesel engines. >> It it really is. Why would you not just automatically stick one of your famous diesel engine? I mean, when I look around, Takahuchi runs your engines. Kado runs your engines. There's so many other pieces of equipment that people don't realize. Go to you guys for an engine. Why don't you just stick with what guys want? Guys like us, we want diesel. We want the black smoke. We want the coal. We want not plug it in and go. >> No, we love our engines, too. And uh in the last 2 years, we've had EV vehicles um autonomous EV vehicles. And what we heard from our customers is they like the tried andrue diesel engine. So the commercial the commercial version of our autonomous vehicle that we have here in the booth is a diesel 105 horsepower uh M5 narrow tractor. But at the same time we are we are investigating other um power sources. EV is part of that. We're also looking at uh alternative fuels hydrogen. >> Awesome. You are going to do hydrogen. We have hydrogen fuel cell as well as standard hydrogen combustion engines as well. >> Nice. All right. Thank you. Appreciate it. >> All right, guys. This is just the tip of the CES iceberg. And what I mean is…
