Hitch the Trailer

What happens here

Carefully maneuver the skid steer with the attached hitch towards the trailer you intend to tow. Slowly back up, aligning the trailer hitch ball with the trailer's coupler. Once aligned, slowly lower the skid steer's arms until the trailer coupler completely encompasses the hitch ball. Ensure the coupler is fully seated and then engage the coupler's locking mechanism (typically a lever or latch) to secure it to the ball. For gooseneck or fifth-wheel style trailers, adjust the ball height accordingly using the skid steer's hydraulics. The video shows connecting to a red Diamond C flatbed trailer.
