Secure Toilet Bowl to Floor and Install Bolt Caps

What happens here

Place a plastic washer, then a metal washer, and finally a nut onto each flange bolt. Tighten these nuts evenly using a wrench, alternating between bolts to ensure the toilet remains level and does not rock. Do not overtighten, as this can crack the porcelain. Once secured, use a hacksaw to cut off the excess length of the flange bolts, flush with the top of the nuts, to allow the bolt caps to fit. Finally, snap the bolt caps into place over the nuts.

Goal: Fasten the toilet bowl to the floor and cover the bolts for a finished look.
