Install and Adjust Grouser Tracks

STUCK IN THE MUD? Tracks over Tires on Skid Steer Which design is best?
What happens here
The Grouser tracks are much heavier and are pre-assembled. For the John Deere 250 skid steer, remove the bucket to simplify installation. Roll the Grouser track onto the tires. The Grouser track uses chain links and bushings instead of sectional bolts for adjustment. To connect the ends, the track might need to be extended by adding or removing links. Once the ends are brought together, use the Grouser ratchet strap (orange strap with hook) to pull the ends tightly. Thread the strap through the links and use the ratchet to close the gap. Finally, insert the large connecting pin and secure it with a cotter pin. Again, having two people is highly recommended due to the tracks' heavy weight.
Goal: Securely install the heavier Grouser tracks onto the John Deere skid steer.
