STUCK IN THE MUD? Tracks over Tires on Skid Steer Which design is best?

What happens here

After initial adjustments, use the Tracks Plus specialty ratchet tool to draw the ends of the track together. The tool has a blue strap that threads through it. The tool should be inserted two track sections back from the ends, allowing the strap to go through the ratchet, over the track, and under the second track section. Ratchet the strap to pull the track ends together, then insert the provided bolts and nuts to connect the two ends. Once connected, remove the ratchet tool. The sag (looseness) in the track should be between 1.5 to 3 inches.

Goal: Securely connect the track ends and achieve proper tension.
