Prepare the Wooden Mounting Board

What happens here

Select a piece of durable wood, such as white oak or pressure-treated lumber, approximately 1 foot by 1 foot in size. This will serve as the base for mounting the camera and solar panel. The presenter uses reclaimed white oak lumber from his sawmill, noting its durability. If using new wood, consider a 6-foot decking board cut to size.
