Operate the Floor Grinder

What happens here

With the equipment set up and safety gear on, activate the floor grinder. Guide the machine slowly and steadily across the concrete surface. The goal is to remove any existing coatings, sealers, or surface imperfections, and to create a clean, porous profile for optimal adhesion of new materials. Work in overlapping passes, moving the grinder from side to side or in a consistent pattern to ensure even coverage. Observe the concrete surface to gauge the progress and ensure consistent removal. The vacuum hose will continuously extract dust as you grind. Pay attention to edges and corners, which may require additional passes or a smaller grinder.
