Stacking Massive snow banks with the Compact loader

What happens here

The operator explains the challenging snow conditions, detailing how freezing rain followed by fresh snow created a slick, compacted layer. He notes that the Arctic sectional pusher is excellent for scraping but not strong enough for ramming into dense, icy snow for stacking. He highlights the need for a heavier-duty Pro-Tech pusher for stacking and expresses frustration over equipment breakdowns and delays with mechanics during the busy snow season. He then proceeds to dress in multiple layers of winter clothing: a grey long-sleeve shirt, brown Carhartt overalls, a black hooded jacket, and a camouflage outer jacket for warmth and protection.

Goal: Understand snow challenges and dress appropriately for cold weather work.
