(20,000 characters)are you guys I'm at the makita booth but I'm with Eric we're gonna be walking around and showing you all the latest and greatest tools and equipment at the world of contry and it's our right inside here I'm not a pain in the butt about that the smallest jackhammer but also dust control built-in [Music] then we're gonna be looking at a lot of really cool heavy equipment heavy gear heavy something you guys like [Music] I fixed it up to this yep it's basically remanufactured okay guys we're looking at a giant truck clip that my wife is going to explain better than I can I said I have no idea this has a variable digging them guys come inside cat 440 just like that this is so fun this where's the case we're looking at a brand new component are you guys this is the deuce have rotating and you've got a digger blade in the nineteen thousand pound excavator and this thing climbing stairs name's Eric key to power to us we're gonna show you today how we can take your jobsite go completely cordless all right and I'm staying the dirt buddy I've never actually introduced myself on my own channel ever so all right now let's do it okay so one of its what we're looking at right now this is the built in dust extractor you've got a built-in vacuum you've got an external vacuum and now you've also got a backpack yeah so it's really all about how many holes in my drill and I've got a few holes to do a little touch there we got this we had a good way in saying that one air now does this there's this multi-platform system working some other of your jackhammers or absolutely got in there yeah it's a new system we're the family's growing right now we're about nine tools running our autostar wireless system we can we see that continuing to grow okay that's what I think we did that because as more more job sites become cordless runtime on your extractor becomes an issue right so it's Bluetooth connected it's not as it cools off it does a one two or three second delay please cleans the line that's exactly right into the line and then if I then it shuts off shuts off it turns back on back when I need it Eric can you actually put a gas what we have right here is a 36 volt purpose-built brushless motor earning up to 18 bullets not interchangeable with the gas oil but the head is hey that's right quick switch push your button now I can actually choose my power use the same adapter saving the accessories whether I want to run gas four-stroke gasoline or or that's what I was getting at how much time will you get on the set of battery running a power head like this because if these guys are gonna go out are they gonna get twenty five eight minutes out of one of them oh no doubt absolutely okay which is actually save a lot for instead of battery alright and again the 45-minute charge time you're not out working charge okay what we're looking at is actually a 22,000 pound 22,000 447 pounds mini excavator operated wait so why so tell me the difference between a mini excavator and an excavator then it's a really how we just separate the size classes within the hydraulic excavator family who would actually can segregate further and have what we call a micro excavator that would go up to a 3 matric tong and so this is a microlight so this one is brand spanking new this year so there's the mike girl right there [Music] it's called our next generation of meeting excavators and something that we have been working on for several years now and we have used a lot of customer feedback to help us develop with some industry first features can you sir can you tell me in that less than 30 seconds what those are because yes we got a lot of things stick steer you don't need those levers anymore to travel around your job site you have all your controls on your left hand side cruise control with the push of a button that excavator can travel around that job site without you having to interfere even on the micro excavator you know sticks to drive we know sticks to dry integrated into the controls if you look at that machine we don't have the sticks in there let's go look at this okay so yeah there's two Giants I seem to get the stick hole something is missing so something's missing from the stick hole you still will get it from factory you get the full package but if your desire to take it off all the controls that you need are right here on your left hand side with a push of a button Wow okay I do I'm trying to how do you control it then what's the control path happy to show you what I mean like what if you know backhoe operator and you want to because I'm an old backhoe operator and I want this to be in back home mode can we still get that absolutely so you get your normal excavation mode with your joysticks to where you're used to the moment you got in through the sticks to your mode that's plan this left joystick becomes your travel forward reverse how do you get into sticks to your motive that yellow button right there so a big yellow button it's not quite as cool as a big red button but a so good one student is fixed to your mode another click you're off of it here in excavating the way that you're used dude that was pretty cool I'd say you want some help from our boom and stick as you're trying to reposition your machine yeah so you want to retain control of a boom and stick and bucket while you aren't stick steered mode no problem one click on button on this side on this right-hand joystick and this is your bucket just like you're used to mr. boom just like you used to and now this roller becomes your stick so what I'm saying guys just to clarify a lot of times when you're out operating you actually use your boom arm to position your whole body of this excavator over to maneuver it around and so you can't do it if this one is now doing the job but now you've got they've compensated for that interesting and that's on all of these different categories right now you know want on into Tom's size models and then from the eighths on to the 10th on models around this next all right go check it out guys that's that's the cap micro excavator the cat mini excavator and that's it I don't know what else we got more cool stuff to see thank you appreciate your time all right jr. and now onto the next one you guys we're actually looking at an anti-vibration this is the smallest jackhammer but also dust control built in let's go let's show them how it works all right you guys what we're looking at is the a gale it's got a fourteen would reach its also got crab water [Music] all right you guys here's John Deere's payloader the JD 544 from 50 years ago Wow look at all the time to change you guys so this one they've restored it the check out its I don't know Big Brother right next door do it isn't that funny what a difference you guys all right you guys this is produced on dx1 for the LCR this is a thirty seven thousand pound machine this is runs at about a hundred and one is a sixty five horsepower 115 horsepower okay so we are over the depth regulation so you do have to add it and actually they've done the after treatment up on the top of the machine here one of the interesting things that they've got is this is at four thirty seven thousand pound X here this is actually a rubber track system this is optional so you guys can equip it with the rubber tracks or you can equip it with your standard steel tracks whichever you choose whatever your application is zero tail swing model this this particular unit is outfitted for demolition you don't have to have the exterior cage on it of course but Doosan they really are making a name for themselves in the industry all right what do you think of it nice that's why like that quick guys come inside cat 4:40 I'm like oh you guys got anything cool here like oh you might like this I'm an old TLB operator the controls are integrated into the seat this this guys this is the coolest thing since they started slicing bread look at this look at this the entire control panel goes with me I feel like a freakin king look at this thing so it's two levers pull them up you tie your control panel slides with you you know how many times this is how I've operated my backhoe seats forward I'm too lazy to switch it around I'm over here doing this then I'll switch over here and I'll Drive then I'll put my riggers down and I'll operate like this because I just got to pick something up this is a quick connect system right now so this will run a pill container yep yeah well we can run you can install the total theater software and this is the oil quick system so really what you're looking at is that we help fast this thing of connecting up to anyone of your attack yeah this this system has been running on demonstration for two years straight now and we've never even changed a seal or done anything on it this is pretty damn cool and that the dedicated unit right this is made for concrete servicing all doing it dust free really truck Wow stone swinger John let's just blacked out it's just amazing it's cool 16 is our new impact driver coming out in February we have our system Odana which reduce couple years go on a virtual start the pastor out slow and we have our auto stop mode which we didn't choose on an impact wrench and that's gonna just stop on its own when I get the person to a certain point then allows you take it off that losing it which are made for different thickness of different gauges and materials so it's the second one once a sense the impact it's just gonna stop on its own and I have tech mode 2 which is for a heavier gauge materials same thing once it senses impact its go down the impact instead of stopping know that they're all synced together that makes sense do you know where I learned that from saying if you lift one side of the truck up it'll fall no do you know who taught me that Dan from tools in action he was walking by anything hey man that's it's called EarthLink they're all synced together it'll do this this this this and I'm like trying to take notes does he actually I'll be honest with you guys he knows a lot about a lot of stuff he doesn't give himself credit for any of it looking at a giant truck lift that my wife is going to explain better than I can I said I have no idea lifted off the ground and that's about what I would say but it is Dane cool you don't often see a giant concrete pump truck with guys just casually standing underneath it talking so these earth lifts actually are mobile so you can actually take them out and you can they're actually all synched together that's so that's one of the things I know they're all synced together so as you're lifting one it'll lift the entire truck evenly I'm not really sure where this is applicable because I've never seen this before in my life you guys okay so this is a bobcat excavator the Bobcat bran has been historically a reliable dependable great I would consider to be almost like a mid-level brand coming into the industry because they've kind of got a lot of good dependability without a high price point that you get for it now this is a nineteen thousand pound excavator it runs off sixty-five horsepower and you can see the accessibility that you've got everything flips up you got complete access everything in here there's nothing hidden there's nothing that you're digging for you don't have to be a gymnast to service this thing you can come in here and you can gain access to every major component plus it's also the zero-tails weighing unit so you can see that you've got minimal extrusion that over the tracks so this really is where your zero tail swing becomes the most important as you operate the machine and you go to turn it if you're not cognizant of where your big fat booty is you're going to be rubbing trees you're gonna be rubbing houses you're going to be rubbing your booty on things you don't want your booty to be rub done that's where a zero till swing unit comes in real handy a nice Operator cab you can crawl up in here you can see that everything is laid out real well standard safety designs that they've got with the handle incorporated into it now this also has an offset boom system you guys offset boom system means that the boom will swing side-to-side besides the whole camp rotating and you've got a digger blade in the nineteen thousand pound excavator which comes in pretty darn handy this is the Bobcat you guys 65 horsepower nineteen thousand pound excavator this really isn't a tool what we have here is a time machine because that's for safety it's time we literally taking time putting in your hands you understand a time and labor and how intensive it is to do these rebar ties by hand so we're doing three wraps twisting the tie in 48 seconds pretty fast you know what happens if you go fast you want to go faster so here's what we're gonna do we're gonna go from sequential so now I'm going to operate in bump fire what I'm gonna do is hit this actuator up top it's gonna let it know to go so I'm going to pull the trigger fast fast and faster that's what we're all about getting that speed now what if I need to change the tension I can do that with my digital touchpad no more dials up here nothing to deal with digital touchpad change that tension I can get that rebar nice and tight what we're doing here is we're offering 5300 ties on a single charge it's a lot of work to do on a 5 amp outer battery that only takes 45 minutes to charge many guys we're looking at an ounce of this actually as a side dumper this is a 4 cubic yard material handling bucket but this thing will also rotate 360 degrees around you guys these a lot on American job sites but you probably are going to this is more common overseas but the configuration that these have is not just the size different configurations we actually have some sensitivity here we can actually come over and we can dump forward dump with some of these units as well so you get your forward configuration or your side dump configuration here depending on what your needs are are you guys we're looking at a brand new Kubota SPL 65 - this is actually the first year that this particular units ever been on the market my John here knows a lot more about this machine than I do John can you tell me what's new about this piece of McClement this is completely new for Kubota okay previously our 75 was the smallest machine this is the 75 right here okay so this is the smaller version of that machine yes yeah there's some other changes made to it but really it's get to a lighter machine with a lighter footprint lower cap a shorter front back so many of these guys do compromise on the space on the inside of that cap so that's a great question the space inside the cab the structure itself is the same alright so you're a big guy what do you think of this cab so Kubota has an interesting door system I've seen this on other doors have you ever seen the Kubota door system before all right will you flip that down for me see how nope nope yep grab the hands built some latches right above you there you go so that time that works so now as you're in there did you notice that we sound a lot different yeah so it's a lot quieter in there isn't it so one of the things I noticed as soon as I crawled in that cab you guys was it's almost like it never reduces the decimals probably by 15 maybe 20 right because I put on those noise-reducing headphones and I'm like shink and that's what that cab kind of felt like did you do anything with that cab to do that the cab is sealed and pressurized so we okay the final verse yes positive pressures are you blowing your dust out yes okay so that's important things what I mean here guys if that's a sealed pressurized cab when you seal it and then you put positive pressure on it instead of collecting dust inside it's continually blowing the dust out of the cab size the size and weight difference the biggest thing on this that I think is exciting we change a hydrolic value so now it's a parallel series valve so if we wanna say we've got to form one bucket on this one yeah if you want to raise the boom girl the bucket open the form one can go to all at once and moist smooth motion without one drive down up from the other end because of that parallel valve and stuff this serious barrel okay that's good to see he's out you see you're still running out from one hydraulic pump yeah so you're not doing multiple pumps oh right you have just a different valve platform so the point with not having multiple pumps you guys is when you have multiple pumps you have multiple problems that one goes out when your machine is down you've got one main pump and you just changing the the the battery of the only three but that makes sense all right this is the Kubota SPL 65 - - it's coming this year April a new dealers I don't know how it works in a job site you guys but Kubota it historically has always been a very rock solid name brand and maybe someday I'll get to try one out complete battery power nice how many cuts can you make with that depend on the metal this depends really will your cutting standard rebar like that anywhere from right here quick-release will replace this is cement Tech and what is this what is the latest and greatest tools and innovations from the world of concrete without a cement truck now this cement trucks a little different because you can literally mix any quantity on demand and change spec from one job to the next job so the slur it doesn't come as a premix slurry your operator can sit up in the control cab and figure out what he wants to do with one another you can pour essentially whatever type of concrete you want in different batches all out of the same the same group of raw materials the same sand same aggregate as long as you get it as long as that fits into your mix design you have the flexibility to do it here's how it's done it's not pre-mixed so you've got your water tank up front you guys this compartment right here this is for sand this compartment on the other side is for own stone and then your dry powder is actually back here yep so you get your cement powder there and then coming off the back end mixed Bowl so all the raw and getting greedy ins drop into there your sand cement water add mixes they hit our mix Bhandar which spins at about 300 rpm and out at the bottom of that chute you can see right down there is where the concrete travels so this is what it mix up this is the mix Bowl where everything drops in and then it hits it hits this auger right here and this auger spins at about 300 revolutions per minute when's the concrete's all those ingredients in the Congress okay so and then typically this would be this would be closed okay so this would typically it's the Nexus shoes you've got a finalized finished product you absolutely have concrete that will drop right onto the chute there okay and so then he needs two yards at one side with a certain mix yep so if you're let's say you're pouring two yards of a 3,000 psi sidewalk you can do that and then at the same location if you want to do 5,000 psi wrote you can do that as well all with the same ingredients off from one truck all in from what's wrong that's awesome cement tech its med tech we're out of Indianola Iowa there you go you guys so now let's go check out some more cool stuff thanks Connor preciate you and let's go see the next latest thing man oh that is so cool this is all brand-new system and this is and you're on Instagram who are you guys Iko Iko valve this world under and equiptment here in the US all equipment in the US harlot Ireland Ireland New Orleans because I'm with my buddy John he's actually hiding behind the sign this is a pre certified preowned yep so what is it this trench roller certified preowned so our dealers are going through a process of certifying used machines so we're gonna roll them out with low hours ree-ree do you know do some paint touch them up go through a multi-point inspection on the machines this is 400…
