Something went BAM! SPARKS!!!
What happens here
Begin by loosening the two bolts that secure the battery in place within its tray. Next, carefully disconnect the positive terminal first, followed by the negative (ground) terminal. This sequence helps prevent accidental short circuits or sparks. Once both terminals are disconnected and moved aside, lift the heavy John Deere 'StrongBox' Group 27 battery out of its compartment. Note its weight and size (Group 27).
Goal: Safely remove the old, dead tractor battery.
