SnowMageddon! Chapter #1 Hell week begins

hello because it was Gusty yesterday yeah as uh you can hear it outside a rattle it um after our quick Dash yesterday morning now that was a quick Clipper system that's that got out of here by yesterday afternoon no problem whatsoever uh we've had a little bit of sunshine this morning in the Twin Cities but the clouds are building uh West in anticipation of our three day long event three days two rounds one foot or more of snow takes us on into the next few days ahead in fact we might be talking about putting this storm in the record books so if we don't start till two or three a.m see these wonderful things stand MD whoa Kings you're probably gonna do a total so the schools what are we doing we don't have to go out there right away well once we hit trigger we'll go out there okay okay we don't make it all the way through the custodians are coming in at 6 30 so we don't have to worry about that we'll just come here we can for three hours in school anyway school's canceled all the rest of the week uh Friday is still up in the air well Friday is going to be the worst day Frankie's gonna be running my plow truck and he's as nervous as a long tail cat in a room full of rocking chairs so well at least he doesn't have one of the end plows on it that makes it easier you do though be in a truck tonight I thought it was in that thing jakey's coming in yep and that's his bad boy wow Jay's in the Kubota we're on a truck if it's easier better than me well John's a professional truck driver but I'm not used to them wait a minute you're uh you are too that's right you got the quarter million dollar truck yeah I've got the twenty thousand dollar Truck Yeah Yeah his truck shits on our truck yeah uh well it doesn't matter to me do you want to be in a loader or would you rather be in a truck I don't know I'm used to loaders I'm not used to the trucks good we'll put you in a truck we need you to get ready and everything we need you flexible enough that if Jay's not here we know you can run a loader but if he's here we need you to be able to do good in a pickup truck as well we're not splitting off until two or three and then at two or three we'll figure out when this if it picks up Bert says two or three that's when we're going out there you know we're going off of our boss's call you know John you can start in the Sledge and then we'll switch you over to the truck when Jake gets here Jay you're in your Kubota okay um Zach's in the ASV where's Luke he might be over at the craft house because when I sent to my location oh yeah that's Luke then yep we're gonna break up into teams of two so we'll be we'll at least have two people in a lot okay Zach's gonna be in the snow Wing tonight [Music] thank you foreign [Music] take off whatever and just get it working my own way but I don't know if Arctic would like that yeah well that's a brand new one no that's the same one no it's not serial number's the exact same one as we gave them we were number five and that's number five so they did all they did was add some coupling and hose technique to it hot tires and some maybe some pictures all right let's meet the new guy hey all right I'm Stan I'm Luke nice to meet you Luke from the nfg the nfg that is the second best way I've ever met a new guy in my life the first best way was his name was Rodney yeah and he was a truck driver of mine and he came out we were laying sod Luke and he starts rolling all the sod down upside down and we all were looking to remember that Tim oh yeah we were all looking at him like what the hell is wrong with this guy you know he's a truck driver but we're like oh and he stops he goes oh wait a minute is the green side up we're like oh my God and that was the way he started off and he never stopped I'm from Arizona man we don't have grass damn we're not worried about detail tonight we're just bulking up yes so tonight is just about have you been here before Luke never my first time using the using this I've only done like a short blade and that's about it have you ever seen the site before size bucket yeah yeah have you ever seen the site before no okay nfg nfg you want to type around it you wanna shop over there we got the Horseshoe over there and everything you want to take Frankie and Luke around here yeah and just show them the site because Frankie doesn't know it either uh Luke we're gonna work in teams at two okay uh and what we do is we tried Zach and I are both responsible for filming so we'll go into a lot we'll frame it up and we'll say and it's gonna seem weird because we're like well wait a minute we're plowing the whole lot why are we doing it this way because when you plow a lot but you're not in my camera it it doesn't count does that add 10 or 20 pounds yeah well I can show you in about a minute and you can decide on your own so we'll that we'll divide up and then we'll start conquering nice to meet you nice meeting you foreign [Music] foreign [Music] [Applause] [Music] next up we're going to be doing a head-to-head scrape test we'll run through the site a few times with the F-14 by snow power then we'll run through the exact same site with the Arctic Razorback and then we'll finish it up by running through it with the Arctic snow wig so let's just start running now this is the snow power F-14 F-14 stands for 14 foot wide they also have an F12 which is just a little bit smaller version of this and one of the interesting things about the snow Power blades is they don't actually use the headlights they have a LED light bar mounted on the front but they actually have it set up so that you can use the original headlights of the pickup truck that LED light bar is just if you need extra light shining down on the edge as well now this unit right here is actually still a working prototype this unit will go into Productions fall of 2023 and I highly recommend if you want one order them fast because they are going to be gone before you can get one yours may not look like this one as this is the very first one ever released and it will probably still be tweaked and modified and improved on when you guys get your version but let's just watch this one existing Hydraulics of your machine plus the electrical pin that is adapted on most skid loaders and it gives you the flexibility to contain angle while back drag and do it all from inside of the cab without crawling out to change anything over
