Simple, yet SATISFYING #building #carpentry
What happens here
With the metal securely clamped, lift the bending handle(s) of the brake. This action causes the bending leaf (or apron) to pivot upwards, forcing the clamped portion of the metal sheet to bend at the desired angle. The angle of the bend is determined by how far the bending handle is lifted. In this demonstration, a 90-degree bend is created, forming an L-shaped piece of flashing.
Goal: Create the required angle in the metal sheet.
