After welding, any rough spots or burrs are removed from the gate to ensure a smooth finish. Additionally, a specialized green tape is applied to the aluminum hinges. This tape acts as a masking agent, preventing the powder coat from adhering to the hinges and ensuring they remain operational and free-moving after the coating process.
