look how he did this not even a nipple here need some sort of nipple hey what's going on everyone welcome to heny the Spark's Channel today customer calls that he has a Tesla wall charger yeah and he said he's only get 11 amps 11 amps that's like you know really low we had a quote just to maybe upgrade this when you show up to the job site always talk to the customers first to agree on something before you start the work but we're going to have to fix this that's just how they get here you know maybe they know something that you think you know get away with whoever did this was a handy man we got a 30 amp right here and look how he did this we got two Hots not even a nipple here just like that this is a sub panel we're missing a neutral put the ground in the neutral bar and you put the other ground right in the neutral bar type of there's no connectors either technically it's not the worst not right it needs to separate the grounds you and a ground Bar Needs to Go in here somewhere if you started the work give them a price and then you actually fix their problem and then you feel like oh I feel like I should get a little more at that it's not going to work they're going to be like what you said you buil me this what you're honest with them and you don't like jip them or anything like that they'll most likely come back with you yep that's what we do here
