Customer called saying they needed an Electrician to Re-Bug their temporary service #electrician

all right guys I'm at a customer's house it's an emergency service call okay so he had a branch fall on his service and here's his service you see his meter okay right below here's his power guys so the utility has turned off the power and I have to attach this or we have to attach it all the way over here so guys see how long this is here is the his meter guys he's got a 20 amp breaker I don't understand why he has a 20 amp breaker below this if anyone in the comments wants to say something but here is his service coming down from the street which you guys can't probably see but there's the pole here's his power coming in his meter and then it goes all the way over here and a branch just fell on his p hour and that's why he called us to come put it back what do you guys think
