Secrets Of The Tomato: Gardening Tips For Amazing Tomatoes!
What happens here
Place the chosen strainer inside the pot in one of your kitchen sinks. Take the tomato and carefully cut it in half using a knife. Squeeze each half of the tomato over the strainer, allowing the seeds and watery pulp to fall through the mesh into the pot. Once most of the seeds are extracted, turn on cold running water over the seeds in the strainer. Gently scrub the seeds with your fingers, rinsing away any remaining pulp, juice, or gel-like coating until the seeds are clean and free of debris. The remaining tomato flesh can be discarded or used for other purposes, like feeding to animals.
Goal: Separate tomato seeds from pulp and clean them thoroughly
