Assess Door Sagging and Hinge Issues

Bob graciously invited me over to help him out with this door. We've got a heavy garage door right here. And you see the gap at the top of this? Well, look, as we go down, it just gets bigger and bigger and bigger. We're going to fix this up for him real quick. So, come along. Let's get to fixing. You can see right here that it actually is pulling out of there. I think these screws are stripping. They used to all be straight and flush. So, we're going to go ahead. We're going to pop this off. We're going to get this hooked up. Little run to the hardware store. You're going to be back up and running. We're
