What happens here
Dip your angled sash brush into the wall paint, loading approximately one-third to half of the bristles. Gently tap the brush against the side of the paint pot to remove any excess paint, ensuring it's not dripping, which helps prevent splatters and allows for better control. Position the brush against the edge of the light switch plate with the angled tip facing the edge. Use a steady, controlled hand to glide the brush along the perimeter of the plate, creating a crisp, clean line. The key is to apply consistent pressure and move the brush slowly and deliberately. Work in small, manageable sections. Once the edge is painted, use the remaining paint on the brush to feather out the paint into the adjacent wall surface, blending it smoothly with the area that will be rolled or brushed next.
