Tools For Pressure Washing | Spray Flex & Tip Holder

today is the pressure washing edition of tool talk Tuesday we've got two tools we're going to be showing you or two accessories for pressure washers one is the tip holder right here that attaches to a gun the other is the spray Flex now let's talk about our first accessory and that is a tip holder attached to your gun so the first one is a tip holder right here so this device will just attach to your gun with a zip tie and it comes in a four six and eight tip holder so it just pops on pops off you you can put them on the top put them on the bottom and the reason why I actually like this device whenever I'm using tips and I'm switching out tips cuz I'll switch from a rotating nozzle to a straight nozzle you know quite often I would typically keep the the straight nozzle in my mouth and I'd work with it in my mouth just like that or I put it in my pocket so it's in my pocket I'm fumbling around trying to find it if it's in my mouth I got you know it's kind of dirty and I'm just kind of obnoxious the other option is is the pressure washer actually has little gromets that will hold the tips there but they're very notorious for vibrating off and we've lost quite a few tips vibrating off the pressure washer falling in the grass and us not noticing it and never being a being able to find them again these just lock into place on here they're not going to come off and they're easily accessible so one of the other benefits to having your tips you'll right here with you at all times and not at your pressure washer you know I've got you know 150 ft of hose is if I'm way around the corner over here pressure washing and I need say you know a white tip yellow tip or red tip and I don't have it with me I'm going to walk all the way back to my pressure washer grab that tip and then go all the way back with your tips right here with you at all times they're easily accessible and now I can just quickly and easily change them out lock it back in place they lock right in they're not going to get lost just part of making painting pressure washing faster and more efficient the tip holder highly recommend it it's awesome once again it just hooks on this one just hooked on with three zip ties it comes with a zip ties put it on in literally a minute you're ready to go the next device I want to talk about is called the spray Flex the spray Flex is a device that hooks to the end of a pressure washing gun and it makes it so your in your pressure washing gun is flexible so one of the really cool things in if is if you're doing gutters say if you're trying to wash out gutters I can just reach now and I can clean out gutters with a a spray Flex just like this the spray Flex just threads right onto the end of a pressure washing gun then I just take and rotated my um quick release right up front so now I can just quick quick release tips on and off so another thing you can just say you're spraying down here I'm pressure washing I don't have to bend over and now pressure wash at an upward angle underneath say the laps of siding at a low angle right here pretty cool and it actually holds its position no matter where it's at it'll the pressure washer will come it's not going to move at all it's going to stay where it's at it'll run up to 5,000 PSI so a pressure washer that goes up to 5,000 PSI device is designed to you know run that anything above that you don't want to use the spray flex but anything below that awesome device so there is a couple options when it comes to the spray Flex so what I did with this spray flex your gun always comes with a quickly on it I just unscrewed the the quick release and then I just threaded on my spray Flex the spray Flex comes with a f female in and then a male in right here and they're quarter inch fittings so then I just got a quar inch CC lease and I just threaded that on the end of here so there are a bunch of different options depends on what you want so the spray Flex comes by itself if you want it to be quick release one time one option is you could just leave the quick release on your pressure washing gun put a quick release onto your spray flex your spray Flex can uh just quick release on and off so it's not always permanently attached love it it's a spray flex and the tip holder for your pressure washing gun two tools for Tool tip tool talk tool talk Tuesday here on paint live TV
