Repairing and Prepping Stucco for Airless Spraying

What happens here

The presenter demonstrates the actual pressure washing process on the stucco building. He uses the six-foot extension wand and rotating nozzle to clean various sections of the wall, reaching high areas and around corners. He mentions that the rotating nozzle effectively agitates and cleans the stucco without damaging it, provided proper distance is maintained. He explains that some areas required extra attention due to water damage and loose stucco, which the rotating nozzle helped strip away. The large building allows for easy movement of the extension wand, eliminating the need for ladders. He also points out that the building's lack of overhangs means rainwater continually washes the stucco, making it relatively clean despite some problem areas.

Goal: Clean the stucco building thoroughly using appropriate pressure washing techniques and tools.

all right so we're working along power washing i'm almost done got uh two sides got to do the front uh there was just some things here and there um a lot of water damage down low troubled spots and that's where the agitating uh nozzle really helped you know lift up some of that stuff get some of the debris get some of the loose stucco off i got stucco repairs so i used that rotating nozzle to help do some of the stripping so i don't have to do it by hand shipping and scraping so um back here on the back there's some down low on the side some down low but the the building is actually fairly clean because it doesn't have an overhang so rain water and stuff like that has a tendency to just you know hit it when it's windy and stuff and just continually wash the thing when it rains it's been raining here for you know several weeks and so the building you know wasn't too dirty um got some plants that need to be clipped back we're gonna be clipping those plants back about two feet so we can do the painting process wear safety glasses especially with doing stucco because you have little bits and pieces of stucco flying off could hit you in the eye i've got edge eyewear safety glasses that i like wearing and i'm using um the safety glasses that are polarized so i don't have any glare coming off windows and glass stuff like that um just cruising right along i haven't needed to use this straight tip i've been using the rotating tip using the six foot extension almost the entire time even that even keeps me away from the building so i'm not getting water on me getting all drenched and it does take a little bit of muscle to hold the thing but as it flexes and sways it seems like it'd be a lot harder to maneuver but it is not it's not that difficult at all so um everything's very
