Repairing a GROHE kitchen faucet leaking at handle (MAY JUST BE A LOOSE PART)

What happens here

Place the faucet's decorative cover plate back over the tightened housing, turning it clockwise to secure it. Next, align the faucet handle with the stem and push it firmly back into place. Reinsert the set screw into its opening and tighten it securely with the 2.5mm Allen wrench. Finally, press the decorative rubber stopper back into its recess on the handle.

Goal: Fully reassemble the faucet handle and decorative elements.
