is repacked so you have it the the seat is 25 the repacking kit is a 2099 and all it is is this little needle i'm not sure why they don't give you a seat you know every time but the seat only needs to replace you know every second time you need to pack it so that might be why and then these tools don't ever throw these tools away you want to keep those tools they do come with every single packing kit though so i guess you could probably sell the packing kit a little bit cheaper if you didn't include the tools every time and um they would save you money but i'm not titan so i'm not sure you know what the thinking is behind that so there you have it if you got any questions about this
