Mask and Paint Window Trim
At 1:57 in
Removing Spray Foam. Can a Crocodile Cloth perform?
What happens here
To prepare for painting, carefully apply painter's tape along the edges of the window glass where it meets the new trim. Extend the protection by covering the entire window glass area with plastic sheeting, securing it with additional painter's tape to prevent any paint splatter on the glass. Once masked, use a small paint roller for larger flat surfaces of the trim and a paintbrush for edges, corners, and intricate details. Apply an even coat of exterior paint to the entire new trim. After the paint has dried, gently remove all painter's tape and plastic sheeting to reveal a clean, freshly painted window trim.
Goal: Paint the newly installed window trim for a finished appearance and protection.
