What happens here

The skid steer systematically works across the entire site, moving back and forth to ensure comprehensive coverage. The power rake is continually engaged to churn the soil, breaking up any remaining clumps and bringing buried rocks or demolition debris to the surface. This continuous action helps to aerate the soil and begin the process of rough leveling. The operator observes the terrain, making mental notes of high and low spots that will require further attention.

Goal: Multiple passes are made with the power rake, covering the entire area to further break down soil, expose hidden debris, and gradually shape the ground to a rough grade.
