What happens here

Put on protective gloves. Gently pull the hose bib away from the wall to expose the gap behind its mounting flange. Insert the nozzle of the caulk gun into this gap and apply a generous amount of construction adhesive, ensuring you fill the entire void around the pipe, including the top, bottom, and sides.
