Reinstall the Electrical Meter

What happens here

Return to the exterior of the house and carefully reinsert the electrical meter into its socket. Ensure it is fully seated and securely in place. Reinstallation of the meter restores power to the service entrance of the house, allowing for subsequent work on the internal panel. The video shows the meter being pushed back into the socket with a firm, two-handed motion.
