Build "Redneck Rake Apparatus"

What happens here

Realizing the pond pipe is clogged, the presenter decides to build a tool. He takes an extendable paint stick and a garden rake, and with the help of his wife, he securely attaches the rake head to the end of the paint stick using duct tape. This creates a long-reach "redneck rake apparatus" designed to reach the submerged pipe from the bank.

Goal: Create a custom long-reach tool to clear the pond pipe obstruction.
