Plowing DEEP snow...BUT

What happens here

The operator details the strategic organization of their snow plowing business. They divide their service area into a 'North Crew' and a 'South Crew,' each assigned similar amounts of equipment. This typically includes a couple of loaders (such as the SDLG and Kubota wheel loaders), one or two skid steers (like the Kubota SVL 75-2), and one or two pickup trucks with plows. The objective is to have enough backup equipment on hand so that if a machine breaks down, the operator can simply switch to another piece of equipment and continue working, ensuring they get paid and the work gets done without delays.

Goal: Optimize crew deployment and equipment availability to ensure continuous snow removal services.

equipment I try to do that because I feel that if a guy is committed and dedicated enough to rearrange his sleep schedule to show up on time to be willing to go out all night long and plow snow I as the owner should have that uh something available where worst case scenario their dedicated piece of equipment doesn't work they can still earn their hours in something else I'd rather have an extra piece of equipment sitting than a operator that hungry and wants to work going home without getting paid I just don't feel that that's right
