illegal search and seizure

so I said to the council I said what determines a bedroom but property taxes should not be allowed and of course everybody likes to control manipulate whatever you try to [Music] do Nikki and I are off to Utah to do stem cells yes all right well Life Changes Nick you want to leave that light on um and we are blessed to have not one but two of our grandkids moving in with us which is awesome and there's one of them right there there's my St and so what we're going to do is we are going to change the room so we've got a little tiny room right here I think it's like 10 by 12 I don't know isn't much to it and then the room that Stella and Rue and Willow have been living and is also a little tiny room so they need more space but they also need the Privacy so here's the solution we are going to put in on this wall a split door so the bottom half and the top half will open separately we're just going to put a 32in door that way when Mama is in that room she can open up that top half leave the bottom half closed and just make sure that everything's going good right here but if Mama's laying one down in that room and the other one needs some some peace and quiet or something she can close that top half of the door and then these will still be two separate rooms so it has the ability to open all the way up by combining the two split doors open up the top so that the bottom is there and you can look over or just keep it closed as a door so that you have two functioning private bedrooms so we're going to crack this wall open we're going to build hand build the split door ourselves I'll show you uh one of the handbuilt split doors that Frankie's made cuz uh we could just take a solid door like we already have in the house and cut it in half and turn it into a split door but I prefer this one so this is a split door that we made so that our dogs won't jump up on people cuz they can they can they can still jump over but this is kind of an honor System door but now imagine this with also a top and you can open up each half separately Frankie is going to start building the door and then we're going to do the install [Music] is there a spot where we could show these guys what you're doing with the door oh here you got one of them done cuz these are Hollow actually right no no no they're solid because see my my tongue and Grove are back to back oh you did actually I thought you didn't connect the tongue and GR for some reason but you did connect the tongue Ro well then I made it like that b one yeah yep okay and the only reason I got these sced off the front back yet I got put hinges on and then cut the hole for the handle and door knob yeah I thought for some reason when you were building this I seen it had a air space in between there at some point the one up north did that one up north oh the one okay okay so we built another we built this on a on another home so you're going to like this story put this in your in your books and I think I told Frankie this story I went to the city council to try to get um my modular home moved in to my property up in northern Minnesota and of course everybody likes to control manipulate whatever you try to do and I had this one old lady on the board and she's like that's a three-bedroom home you're putting in and the septics only rated for two bedrooms for real she said that yeah yep and this this lady has given me nothing but hell for years on every project I've ever tried to do ever and I looked at her and I'm like oh crap I'm in for it but I was a little bit ready for that so I said to the council I said what determines a bedroom because they weren't going to allow me to move this home in because it had three bedrooms and the septic was only rated for two and they looked at each other and I'm like does it have to have a closet and they're like well that's not a a requirement for a bedroom and then one of them piped up and said oh we were we did have this question once before and it can be considered a den if the door opening is over 36 in a Den's not a bedroom and I said oh okay and I said so if I take one of those bedrooms and I open up the door and I remove the door or make it more than 36 in it's no longer a bedroom it's a den so I can put put this two-bedroom one den home in so Frankie and I took the door off and then we we cut it to 40 in and then we built one of these doors and hung it up there and invited the council right back in and they did they came they came and they inspected it two of them two of them came and inspected it right with us standing there yep and we passed we passed so if you have any problems trying to get something through make sure that you understand what makes a bedroom in your area and what disqualifies it as a bedroom because it could be an office it could be a mudroom it could be any room doesn't necessarily have to be a bedroom that's a classification and that's nothing more than a technical term and if you can get around those technical terms then you should be able to build what you want to build because I believe if you pay property taxes it should be up to you what happens on your freaking property and not somebody that does never doesn't visit doesn't own it doesn't pay taxes should have nothing to do they should not be able to control your property I don't believe it and one last thing Frankie I've never even told you this property taxes are illegal I heard that yes I told you that because if you cannot be safe and secure in your own property then it goes against the founding principles that America was built on was the freedom and security to have your own property to be safe and secure in your own property so if you don't pay your property taxes they can come in and get you off your property they can eliminate you off from your property which means property taxes by rights are technically against the Constitution I believe it's the Constitution or is it the Bill of Rights it's one of those two I should look that up but property taxes should not be allowed yep so we're going to get back to to building this thing and doing whatever we [Music] do there is a set of laws for them and then there is a set of laws for us and the way those laws are interpreted is how that the law actually gets applied to the individual people like you and I and how it gets applied to the elites I'm sure some of you guys have experienced this discrepancy law even though there's supposed to be one universal law that rules all of us equally it's not applied equally and on one of my Adventures traveling across the country I ran into some people and they shared a story with me where the police raided their home found nothing that they were looking for nothing illegal found nothing that they wanted to find but they did find this couple's $37,000 life savings in cash throw away in their home and the police took it and they told this couple that they had two choices one they could fight it claim where they got the money from show all of their income how they acquired the cash everything they needed to do in court of law or just foro the cash and let go of it turn it over to to for State's evidence well they they decided to fight it and they lost all $37,000 because they could not prove where that that cash came from as I get older I notice more and more this discrepancy in law and how it can be interpreted to help one side over another Justice is not blind have you ever had an experience where you've noticed that the interpretation of the laws have been manipulated to favor one party over with this one so this is controversial and I get it and some of you guys aren't going to agree with me and the best thing is is you don't have to agree with me but here's where my point is taken this is the Bill of Rights and when you read the sixth article in the Bill of Rights the right of the people to be secure in their persons houses papers and effects against unreasonable search and seizures shall not be violated and no warrant shall issue upon but upon probable cause supported by o of affirmation and particularly describing the place to be searched and the persons or things to be seized here's the thing if you don't pay your property taxes they can come in and seize your property which goes against the sixth article when it was written so if you look at the time of when one thing was written and then when another law was written the law about property taxes and enforcing property taxes directly goes against the sixth article in the Bill of Rights that's why I believe that property taxes are illegal and if I ever got into an office that would be the first thing I would remove no property taxes boom gone [Music] that's why I double studed this one okay cuz all the weight's going is a nurse and she's actually a and she's actually a specialist for babies and works in the baby unit and then my mother-in-law is also a nurse nurses everywhere I'm never going to a hospital I don't it had to the Bullhead had to go through the pump return pump get underneath the filters and then there's got to be a whole ecosystem living under that filter system I bet there's more than one Baby Bullet down there if one was was in there all right let's just go with the pry bar cuz I might just put a thin layer in here you know I might not give her no shelf cuz she's got to have air space underneath so we're just going to P it up with this and this just to see if this closes okay now I'll put a board here so once he closes both of them this one this Bo this door here will grab this door you know what I'm saying and shut if she wants to open one that way she can just open this one cuz there'll be a piece here you know what I'm saying so you can just open the one but from the inside yeah on this side there'll be another board just so we're on the same page there okay so you can let go of that Hands by that it yep that did it okay cool cuz we don't want them tight in case it one does sag yep we might want we might have to push this top I'll back this one out let's push this to top of that door this way why because see the Gap I got here oh you're too tight yeah I'm not okay and this one I got a little bit more sanding to do just those close a little better let me see this door now I got the trim that's a thick door 3 in W that's what she said and then we're going to be closing it right there right on a knot hardest piece of the board of course of course that's the way it always works out in life yeah and that when you're standing down God that's a good looking door I like that door I tried to I'm off this a hair I'm matching them up oh the lines you are such a perfectionist but I like it cuz that's true cuz yeah if you had the lines off that would look Higgly Piggly yeah I'm just off a hair where you can't really notice it mhm much better than the doors I built when I was building this house I ran out of money so did you you know why all my doors are handbuilt because we had a door budget the wife and I had a door budget and when I was building the house the door budget and this was back then wasent was $700 and so we had you know and that was a you know that's one door now no listen to this R I say to the wife we've got $700 for doors in the house she goes out and picks up a $700 door that's the front door which we still own to the I'm like we got no money left over for any doors in the house so I went and I used all of the car siding and just handbuilt every door in the house well and they look good they look good they look good yeah I mean they look like this right but not as thick right cuz I wasn't going to do that but yeah let's see all right well hopefully I can get just yeah they'll work they'll work by the time I get out of here all right well I'm going to go out and scrape ice so while Frankie's working on that door I'm going to head out and work on getting the driveway fixed I've got a whole video called waking up to chaos on exactly what happened now I do want to talk about one thing that uh you guys have told me to shut up about and that's to stay out of Politics on my channel and I'm not here to talk about politics um one of the things as a business owner you have asked me to do is help you build your business start a business from scratch and one of the things that I've always done is paid attention to what's going on on the bigger platform around me and that's the government because what the government does absolutely trickles down and impacts the small business owner and if you don't
