Mark and Cut Central Channel

Picture frames and decorative breaker boards just add such easy but impactful pizazz!! #deck
What happens here
Carefully mark two parallel lines down the center of the installed deck surface, defining the width of the desired channel. Utilize a track saw equipped with a guide rail to make long, straight, and clean cuts along these marked lines. Ensure the saw is set to the correct depth to cut through the deck boards. After making both parallel cuts, carefully remove the strips of composite decking material from the newly formed channel. This creates an open trench in the deck.
Goal: Once the main deck surface is installed, a precise linear channel is created down the center. This involves marking the intended path and carefully cutting along these lines using a track saw for accuracy.
