Pergola Over A Patio - The Kind That WILL NEVER Blow Away!
What happens here
Utilize a Dingo mini-skid steer to efficiently spread an even layer of crushed stone (specifically limestone dust) across the entire circular patio area. Once the stone is distributed, compact it thoroughly using a plate compactor to create a dense and stable base. Lay screed pipes across the compacted base, using a level to ensure they are perfectly even. With the pipes in place, use a screed rake or a straight board to meticulously level the crushed stone to the top of the pipes, creating a smooth and uniform setting bed for the pavers. This step is crucial for the final appearance and stability of the paver patio.
Goal: Spread a layer of crushed stone over the designated circular patio area, compact it, and then level it precisely using screed pipes and a screed rake, creating a perfectly flat setting bed for the pavers.
