What happens here

This video demonstrates the 'Cabinet Plumbing Jig,' a commercial tool designed to simplify marking precise locations for plumbing pipes (drain and supply lines) and electrical outlets on the back of a cabinet. The jig eliminates the need for manual measurements by directly transferring the positions from the wall to the cabinet panel, ensuring accurate cutouts. It features adjustable arms for various plumbing fixtures and a swivel component for electrical outlets. The jig itself is made of metal, not wood, and is for marking plumbing/electrical holes, not for pocket hole jig construction, which was the context provided.

All right, guys. Anytime I see anything plumbing, I always stop by. We got some ABS. We got some angle stops. This is the cabinet plumbing jig, and James is going to tell us about it. >> Yep. We got the cabinet plumbing jig that eliminates the need to transfer your measurements onto the back of your cabinet. You don't even need to find your measurements or the dimensions from your pipes coming out of the wall. You just need to locate them. You're going to place this on your mark line on the wall where the top of the cabinet's going to be. And then you're going to pull these down. All of these adjust down to any orientation. You're gonna tighten these stainless knobs. >> Awesome. >> Those give you a little bit of a setback so you can go and mark. And then you're going to use your uh your forstenner bit that's going to go up into that and your your hole saw. And that's going to guide off of these and give you the spacing that you need. So then this goes down to your drain pipe. We also have a swivel here for the electrical outlets. So that swivels each direction there. Now, that's going to allow you to take this onto your wall, transfer that to your back of your cabinet, and not have to measure a single pipe or outlet. >> Thank you very much, James.
