What happens here

After understanding the cause of fisheye and adopting the back-brushing technique for problematic areas, the application of tinted lacquer proceeds on the remaining doors and trim. The video shows the operator, still in full PPE, spraying doors that are propped upright. The process continues with careful, light coats to build up the color. The resulting finish is inspected, revealing a consistent dark espresso color where the wood grain is still visible, demonstrating the successful transformation despite the initial challenges. The blend of spraying and the back-brushing technique where needed achieved the desired aesthetic for the customer.

Goal: Complete the application of tinted lacquer to all remaining surfaces, ensuring consistent color and addressing any lingering issues.
