How To Paint a Room FAST. Painting HACKS.

this Christy Idaho painter here on paint live TV today I'm gonna be talking about a Titan inner fed roller and this is a simple way that you can make a whole lot of money painting or make the painting process a whole lot easier so stay tuned for this video so today's video is brought to you by brush baggie I got my inner fed roller roller sleep protected by a brush baggie that way it won't dry out because I'm here paintin all day long and for multiple days so I could come back tomorrow and my roller won't be dried you can find them now on our paints or our paint Life store at the Idaho painter comm so go check it out but I'm gonna be talking about the inner fed roller and this is a Titan inter fed roller right here and it runs off an airless sprayer and I think if you've watched some of my videos in the past you know I'm a big fan of these things because they make the painting process a whole lot faster and a whole lot easier and the simple thing is is you don't have to continue dipping your roller into a pan and especially today I've been rolling all the ceilings in this downstairs of this house and now I'm gonna be rolling the upstairs tomorrow but that whole process saving that time from dipping and then reaching up to the ceiling and rolling it's at least gonna cut the amount of time the rolling process by half but another thing a lot of people overlook is the labor and the amount of effort it takes to paint by doing this by by loading and then reaching and loading and reaching all day long that extended effort it's just gonna make you more tired today and then in a long term in your career if you're gonna be painting for a whole lot of years so this is about painting not only quick and efficient today but front of your entire career the thing is simply amazing it's this is a Titan inter fed roller I'll show you that the gun itself this is one thing I like about this roller versus some of the competitors it takes the standard airless gun so I can detach this and I can begin spraying if I needed to spray some of the ceilings or once I clean this thing out I just take this off it doesn't have an inline gun on it so it has the same airless gun that you would spray anything else with so you don't have to a dedicated gun for the device I do really like that has you know an angle on it so it makes it trigger just like an inline gun so it's simple because as this kind of not quite a 90 degree angle but almost a 90 degree you know elbow on it right there the extension pole is extremely dirty not dirty but extremely sturdy so I'm going to pull off the brush baggie I'll show you the inner fed roller right here and this inside the roller it's called the manifold so the paint is just fed through the tube fills up your roller itself and then comes out of the roller because the roller has hundreds of little holes in it that are little perforated holes and so just continually wets the roller and so you're just rolling right along whenever you need paint you just press press on the trigger and it will release paint it's fast and easy and I think some of the calculations we did both journeyman john and i did we try to figure out how much more efficient does this make the paint process and we think it makes you approximately 225 percent faster and more efficient and it's it's a product you got to have if you're in this business to make money but even do-it-yourselfers it just makes painting a lot easier and simpler doing the ceilings all I'm doing is just walking along just squeezing the trigger occasionally and just rolling in it's effortless I did do a video in the past on Instagram were one of my guys I did a comparison and we are doing a kitchen ceiling and he wanted to race and see how fast you know he was with an 18 inch roller versus me with the pressure roller and it came out of the inner fed roller it came down to we were we were about the same amount of speed got the same amount of the ceiling Don and it was like a thirty minute like little clip but he was extremely exhausted in sweating by the time he was done because he was racing so fast and if you watched the video I was just effortlessly doing the ceiling and then if you just add that up to an entire day to an entire week to entire year to entire career you're just gonna have a lot a lot a lot longer career and you're just not gonna run into his many you know health problems and health issues it's a great product the sleeves themselves they're perforated sleeves so it's a special sleeve that you got to get you got to make sure you deal in them before you use them and I have some videos showing you how to deal in tiroler so just take a deal int that thing otherwise it's going to release some Lintz because the perforation process I believe is what causes a lot of the lengths that come out of the roller on your initial use so just deal int that first put it on and it's a great product you a lot of people bring up the fact it's just going to take a whole long time to set up and clean up and that's what I thought and I had this story told for you know I've told it multiple times in my Academy and stuff like that where I had one of these in the back of my vehicle for literally over two years and the back of my painting ban never use it because I thought the exact same thing it was gonna take too long to set up and clean up and eventually I got to a point where I wanted to shoot a video painting a garage and at the video to it was actually gonna be why I would not use one of these things and halfway through painting the garage I was absolutely amazed how well it worked and then I got to the point of cleaning it up and it cleaned it took me about ten minutes to clean it up and that was it's not very hard at all you just take the roller off the roller cleans up like any other nine inch roller you can just hook it up to a nine inch roller frame and clean it in a bucket or you can just throw them we just actually throw them away after you know the one job after this ceiling right here when doing the upstairs and downstairs I'll just toss it instead of cleaning it the manifold inside just comes right out it's just a couple parts you just put it in a bucket it cleans off really fast and then the airless sprayer just cleans out like a regular airless sprayer the gun stays attached I just put it in water run water through it and it cleans it out this thing is a must-have tool it's the titan inter fed roller you got to check it out if you don't buy it test one out because I believe if you test it out it will make you so much money I know in my career is probably about ten years ago that I initially had one in my van and I could just it just tens of thousands then maybe $100,000 or more that I could have made if I had one of these things hope you've enjoyed this roll this video roller but hopefully you've enjoyed this video Titan this one's hooked up to a Titan rx pro gun it can hook up to any airless gun the inner fed roller itself but I got it hooked up to an Rx pro gun I got a run to a Titan 440 impact airless sprayer in there and oh here's another thing that you might ask is like what pressure doesn't run out runs it very low pressures I run running right around 400 psi give or take a little bit depending on the paint so you don't need a big pump a little pump will run this thing even something smaller than a Titan 440 I was gonna try it on this little tightened d/dy ice rare but the hose wasn't compatible so I couldn't I was gonna test it out today but I couldn't do that anybody's go check it out
