Painting New Construction Interior Walls - PVA Primer

What happens here

The presenter demonstrates the efficiency of quick-connect extensions. For larger areas or standard-height ceilings, a longer extension (e.g., 24 or 36 inches) is ideal. However, for tight spaces like small closets, a much shorter extension (e.g., 6 or 12 inches) is necessary. The video shows how easy it is to unscrew the longer extension from the spray gun and attach a shorter one in a matter of seconds. This flexibility allows the painter to maintain optimal spray distance and control, even in confined areas where maneuvering a long gun would be impossible.

Goal: Learn how to quickly change spray gun extensions to adapt to different room sizes and tight areas, ensuring complete coverage.

So, we're I started doing the spraying now upstairs here. And I just wanted to show you here's um my assortment of extensions that I brought upstairs. Now, most of the spraying I do I've got, you know, multiple rooms. All these I'm going to be using the same extension, but I've got a scenario right behind me. This little, you know, um closet right here. tiny little closet. Pretty, you know, difficult if not impossible to spray it with that um 30 30 or 36 in extension. I probably want something shorter. You know, maybe this extension or that that's probably a 12. That might be a 24. We also got a six. You can just stack them too. Like I've been known to stack multiple extensions. If say I got a vaulted ceiling, can stack all kinds of extensions together. can stack these right on the top of this gun right here. And now you can see the reach that I would have, you know, right there. So, I'm definitely gonna uh I'll take and spray like everything that I can spray with this long extension. Then I'll just switch it out. And I'll show you how quick, you know, you can just change these things out. Now, I just go in here. I think what uh probably a 24 I could reach a ceiling with a 24 or not a 24, but a 12. It's probably either 12 or 10. Um, extensions. There's all kinds of a bazillion different sizes, but just comes off like that. Pretty quick and easy. Gonna attach it just like that. Then the end of the gun comes off. And then I just set them like this cuz I don't want paint coming out and getting down inside right there. I don't mind if it comes out that end. So I'm going to set it aside. attach the end end, adjust everything the way I want it, and then I'll spray that closet and then switch it out again. So now I can get inside here. Now I can move, you know, from side to side and spray everything. Not a problem. Triad quick release extensions. Absolutely love them for new construction, interior painting, exterior painting also.
