Perform Baseboard and Trim Cut-ins

What happens here

The third painter (Zach) begins the baseboard and trim cut-ins, following the main painter's rolling. He first applies clear caulk along the top edge of the masking tape on the baseboards, windows, and door frames to prevent paint bleed-through, ensuring crisp, clean lines. After the caulk sets slightly, he uses a 3-inch angled sash brush to paint the edges of the walls along the baseboards and trim. This ensures that the newly rolled paint maintains a wet edge with his cut-in work, resulting in a smooth, continuous finish without visible overlaps.
