What happens here

For the third and final week of the initial cleaning treatment, add the last OxiClean Washing Machine Cleaner pouch to the empty washer drum and run the 'Self Clean +' cycle. After the cycle is complete, open the washing machine door and perform a final wipe-down of the interior with a clean white towel. The presenter concludes that the machine is 'noticeably cleaner' and much fresher. He recommends a preventative maintenance schedule of using one OxiClean packet every 40 washes or once a month, as suggested by the manufacturer, to keep the washing machine clean and odor-free.
